We had the pleasure of meeting with Ken and his staff this weekend as they catered a fantastic meal for our parents 50th anniversary dinner. From the initial contact several months ago, through all the changes and planning, to the final meal on Saturday night, Ken was awesome to deal with. The prices were very comparable to others that we received. The menus were completely adaptable to our desires. The service was exceptional. Ken was able to provide us with all the information that we needed to prepare for his arrival. There were no surprises. On the evening of our event, Ken and his staff arrived promptly and set up all the required dishes and drinks. They even went through the event to remove dishes and cleaned up all of their items. They were completely professional throughout the process and were so discreet that we never even saw them leave.We have been to many catered events over the years and have endured cold food, poor food, late dinners, unprofessional attire and attitudes. Jill's Catering was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end and we received numerous comments from family and friends specifically on the quality of the food and the service that they provided.We are happy to highly recommend Jill's Catering in Kamloops to anyone that is looking for a professional catering service.Thanks for helping us acknowledge our parents on this special night.

We decided to hire for our wedding catered out in harper! They went above and beyond, bellow my expected cost and above my expectations of experience. Everyone loved the food at our wedding, Greek dinner with fixings , manned buffet , GF and Veg alternatives without asking. Ken and team at Jill's Catering catered my mom's funeral lunch for 250 people. I was able to arrange everything easily by email and phone and there were no glitches. The food was excellent, abundant and arrived on time.

Great food, great service, great price, over all a great experience with Jills catering last night with a group of 17 people! We will be using them again for sure!

Terrible service. Booked last February for a fall event and paid a $500+ deposit. Canceled when covid restrictions came into place in March and requested a refund. Was told that we would not receive a refund but that the money would be put towards a future event. As COVID has continued and our event is no longer happening, we tried to work with them to get $500 worth of meals to freeze for the future and were told that they would not do that for us and that they would be clearing the deposit off their books. It has taken 6 months of trying to get answers from them regarding the deposit. DO NOT PREPAY FOR AN EVENT.
