I saw Glen today to discuss pros and cons of incorporating . He is amazing !!! He explained how to understand the advantages of Unregistered Dividend Income Investments versus G I Cs . in layman's terms . His advice and time are invaluable to me !!!!!!!

This review is not for specific location or any employee.I don't recommend doing business with RBC. Royal bank of Canada only believe in reaping their customer off. They are not really good at what they do but they do great job loosing your money and charging fees. I do lots of online banking so i dont see why do i have to pay monthly fees?I am sure of one thing is that i will never give my investment to them. I am with RBC since around 2004. I am very disappointed. i help them make lots of money but instead what did i got nothing. Do your self a favour and take your money to someone who really want to work hard for you.

Very frustrating. I'm trying to change my appointment but the automated call system keeps referring me to online appointment booking and then hanging up, but the online tool says there is no one at the branch able to deal with the topic selected....the topic I selected is opening a new account! Do you not want my business?Edit: I modified the review from 1 star to 3 stars after branch representitive Mohit followed up with me and saved the day.After a very frustrating half hour on the phone trying to get through to a live person at the call centre, as well as being unable to book through the online appointment tool, Mohit called me from the branch to follow up on the appointment cancellation. This was very professional and very appreciated. He basically resolved the issue in less than a minute and we rebooked. RBC has Mohit to thank for my continued business.

Never had a bad experience at this branch.... The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I have never developed a relationship with one financial advisor as they change or move on in a short period of time..... Now that we are paying closer attention to our finances as of late, I am hoping to develop that relationship as we are in communication more frequently!!

The staff at this RBC location are very friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience at this branch, although my transaction was brief. I am very impressed by the customer experience delivered by the staff working at the time of my visit and wish all RBC locations were like this one.The location is convenient, there is plenty of space in the parking lot, and the ATMs are always accessible.

Unprofessional bank! Worse bank in the world! Literally counted my cash money wrong! They hold e-transfers! I’m extremely annoyed with the customer service! Very unprofessional! Also they lie and state that you will receive a “free 100” when you sign up or an iPad but it’s all a lie! I will be doing my banking somewhere else! I have never been so annoyed with the disrespect and lack of communication they have with customers!

They're fairly customer oriented albeit a bit on the slow side (could be a good thing; given the need to be right every time).

I just want to thank Nesrine Gurguis for answering all my questions, and help me understand all the things I needed to know,I have been with td for 14 years never offered me any credit card or taking care of their client but RBC is really different story different world they makes you feel you are one of them not only a number no but they take care of you very well .I love this branch and the ppl works at this branchThey got me a mortgage and give 2 credit cards I end moving all my investments to this branch because i believe in them!Also I want to thank Hamza for his sweet meeting and explaining every detail about retirement plans.Thank you so much guys please keep up the good work and once again special thank yoNesrine Gurguis!!!
