I went there before last year and the doctor was fine. I just called to make an appointment and I was trying to explain myself to the receptionist and she literally cut me off and hung up on me. Overall if u can bare the bad customer service the doctor is fine.

Front desk staff has never failed to dissapoint me. They are unprofessional. They never convey messages to the doctors. Appointment or no appointment the wait time is forever. Whenever u call there is a new receptionist with half information. So many times I have caught their mistake and they blame it on someone else. Today she blamed everything on Dr Sunner. I wish Dr Sunner reads this and know what kind front staff they have. They need to go back to school and study some courses in ethical duty and how to deal with people.

I went there for a simple/routine Ministry of Transportation medical exam/report. The unprofessional performance and wrong diagnoses of the receptionist, who did 50% of the exam, cost me money and losing of 4 business days to correct their mistake. Upon providing proof of their mistake, instead of apologizing for their wrong doing, the receptionist rudely gave nonsense excuses. The only thing they cared about was the money, in form of cash with no receipt, for filling out the form. Based on my experience, they even do not deserve one star. I do no recommend anyone to go there.

Just posting this to let people know the North Park location is permanently closed and the remaining location to visit is 10095 Bramalea Road, Brampton ON L6R 0K1, as of Sep 2022.Not sure why the update has not been made on Google yet.

Doctors are good, but the reception has always been TERRIBLE. I only go here because of proximity, but their receptionists have no manners whatsoever. Consistent with the other reviews here. 2 Stars only because the doctors (I've seen 2) were nice and knowledgeable.

Only i had a negative review. I usually never write reviews but this place is the worst clinic ever. Never in my entire life i had such a bad experience with the medical centre. The front desk is super lazy they wont take your calls and then make it sound like they hate their job and don't have responsibility over anything. They will make sarcastic comments like okay leg is hurting but mouth is hurting as well? i was so surprised like waoo is this the way to treat someone. They should entirely change the way this clinic is operating

this doesn't even deserve 1 star! receptionist with no glasses is so rude and disrespectful. SHE HAS NO MANNERS and should be fired. I'm speaking to her about the misinformation she had given me and she does not even care to look me in the eyes when i'm talking and on top of that she even had the audacity to continuously cut me off!! and even answered the phone while i was talking. I don't know where they hired her from but clearly she has no adequate training or customer service. 0/10 experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I HOPE THEY READ THIS.

Just gave 1 star because I couldn't give ZERO star. Avoid this place if you want better care.This is worst place. Bad doctors and unprofessional & untrained staff.Avoid at any cost. Despite charging OHIP fee they don't want to work. Doctors want to see 10 patients in an hour. No quality only quantity. They seems to works as if they are doing a favor on the patients. Lots of people are disappointed to go there.
