If there was a 5+ star option I would leave that. Let me start off by saying this is one of the few cycling shops that I have only ever had positive interactions with. From the second I called about a possible build Pete was able to walk me through pricing, delivery timelines, options, different build ideas. His knowledge of the cycling industry is vast and extremely helpful. Above all else his attention to detail and mastery of how to build a custom fat bike is unrivaled after receiving my bike and and riding for hours I am convinced no one could have done a better jobThanks for the amazing mutz Pete keep it up

My experience with ridefatbikes.ca and Pete was awesome. My experience buying a high performance fat bike from RideFATbikes.ca exceeded all of my expectations. Pete is very knowledgeable and purposeful in his recommendations for the best components, and he is a detailed and precise craftsmen in building my custom bike. With only a few trail rides on it so far, I am absolutely impressed with its aggressive performance and balanced control.

Pete was awesome!! I purchased one of his demo/display bikes a month ago and honestly could not be happier. I’ve done a LOT of ultra distant xc races over the years on some high end custom built up race bikes and his attention to detail with this build is second to none, so much so I’m tempted to race my Fatback Corvus in the summer!He answered all my questions and added a few good stories for good measure! And a month later is still answering the odd question. A pleasure to do business with and will again for sure.Keep up the good work Pete!

Huge shout out to Pete and Ridefatbikes.ca The attention to detail, professional attitudes and end result of my custom 9:Zero:7 fatbike ride is more than I could have ever expected! Pete, whom I dealt with start to finish, imparted his knowledge and wisdom to ensure everything fit and that the bike suited my needs and helped to keep me on the right path. They were also very up front about price range for something that would suite my needs.The delivery (other side of the country) was easy and smooth, they have a system and it works! Incredible customer experience. Contacted by staff not even 12 hours after my online purchase of my new Fat bike suspension fork to go over my purchase, and make sure everything was as advertised. Even fantastic continuing support after the purchase regarding product information and configuration.

I picked up a Mastodon Pro fat bike fork from RideFATbikes.ca, they provided outstanding customer service and support. After placing the order I had a few questions on crown race size needed and I sent of an email, within minutes I had a reply with the information requested. As well I received an email when my items were shipped with additional technical information on the Fork. I can highly recommend supporting this LBS and as for the Mastodon Fork, it is also amazing!!!! So pick one up today.
