Great location for an old, cramped campground. Our site was listed as 45', our 40' 5th wheel barely made the turns in the road. Exiting got us with inches of a metal guard rail. Lost one leg of power on the 50A plug and had to use 30 rest of our visit. This 60 year old campground is quaint for smaller rigs.

Accomodated our changes to our booking during Jean Baptiste Day. Close to city and has it's own pool/deck and lake (did not use). We used the common shower once.

The park was easy to find. It is located about a fifteen minute drive from Old Quebec. There is pavement all the way. The interior roads are a mix of pavement, gravel and dirt. They are in fairly good condition. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. We received service in English. The rules are fairly basic. Our site, 142, was a back in that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is fair for a rural park. Some sites had a vegetation privacy barrier. Each site has a table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was quite well maintained. There are many seasonal users but we did not note any trashy sites. The park included wifi worked very well most of the time. There is no cable TV but we were able to get some OTA channels IN ENGLISH. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees if you don’t have a portable dish. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean. There is a pool (that we did not use) playgrounds a dock for fishing and canoe/kayak rentals. There is a paved bike path at the front of the park that goes a long way. There are NO stores within walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. The office also has a few items such as marshmallows etc. There is a snack bar near the pool as well. We found this park to be a great base to use visiting Quebec City. We paid $52.00 per night and we feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.

booked 3 nights upon arrival thinking it would be convenient to tour old Quebec City. The bus service no longer runs into the city from this location. This campground is ok if you have a trailer and car or truck that you can park downtown to see the sites of old Quebec City. If you have a motorhome you are better off parking downtown for 24 hours at the rate of $70 per a day.You have no electricity, water or sani dump, but for a few nights it is fine and convenient to be walking distance to everything. We tried to get the fees back for the 2nd and 3rd night but the owner refused. We paid $55 for 2 nights that we are not able to use. Another option is to stay across the river in Levi and take ferry to old Quebec City as a foot passenger. Wish we had known about that.

Rooms are small, cleanliness is sub par, they cost as much as a hotel for mattresses that are hard as a rock and from a different century, their bedding has stains and marks on it. It's advertised as some great place but even the WiFi is horrible and it is a struggle to get this posted. I would not stay here again if my life depended on it. Unless you're bringing your own trailer, booked a hotel in the city, it costs the same for WAY better.

this note was at the front door when I walked in! What a genius welcome and I like it! Need I say more about quality customer service? 5/5 just for this!Everyone's camping experience may differ significantly, hence my review will be biased toward my personal experience and my expectations. I am the type of camper who sets up a tent and starts a bbq for dinner. For one, the bathroom was fairly clean and I had no trouble using it whenever I needed. I picked a zone in the woods with water only where I can set up a tent fit for 3 to 4 people and start firing up. Space may be considered small from the look of it but it did the job fine without ever feeling squeezed. It was nicely secluded, just the kind of privacy I was looking for.Roads are narrow in there as if made for single lane and I wouldn't get the car out back-and-forth once settled in. The site actually feels a lot smaller than what it looks on the map, which is not a bad thing if you worry about some long walking distances. The zone I camped in could be a little bit cleaner but thankfully, nothing alarming. If there was any improvement I would recommend, it is to consider some spot-checking before a next client comes in, that would help elevate satisfaction quite a lot!Overall, it was a pretty good experience! This is the place I will remember for next year and anytime I am in the neighborhood after!

People were friendly and they were fluently bilingual. Spots were really small for back in spots. I wouldn't recommend anything over 28 feet for the back in spots. Place was very clean. Staff were very communicative. Rules were 10pm no more noise and everyone was respectful of it. I would go back and recommend this place for anyone to go there.

Staff was very nice. Campground clean with many amenities. Campsites are really small and very close together. We have a 23' trailer, with tongue = 25'. They had us in a site 25' long. Where does the truck go? Anyway, not for us and not for you if you want space and privacy. Great for kids.
