The balloon garland I ordered for my son's 6th birthday was better than I even imagined and it was the hit of our birthday celebration. Since large gatherings aren't happening, this was a fantastic way to really have a festive feel and make my 6 year old feel special on his birthday. Andon was great to work with and their delivery/installation was really fast. I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

We hired Andon Balloons to do our balloon drop for our New Year’s Eve wedding. They were very easy to communicate with and were able to book with us way in advance. The balloon drop added so much fun to our New Year’s Eve wedding and the drop was so easy to execute that it worked perfectly right at midnight. The balloon colors were so fun too - they have so many options! They did all of the balloons drop set up way in advance and worked with my vendor directly to arrange the cleanup.

The things they can do at Andon are incredible. Give them an idea and they can create it out of balloons. Everything we have ordered has been amazing. Definitely will be going back and spreading their name around!

My family has been getting balloons for birthday parties for years at Andon. We have always been happy with the results. They must use higher quality balloons because some have lasted for many weeks after our events. Great local business

The balloon design was very nice, but for this high of a price I was disappointed greatly with the customer service. I asked for rose gold numbers and they delivered them in magenta. They also were late on my requested delivery window (that they had confirmed). When I called asking about when the delivery was going to be made, they said it would be about an hour late - and when I expressed my disappointment, the person on the phone was extremely defensive and rude… hard to understand why they couldn’t just apologize! For such a steep price and a $50 delivery fee, I would at least like to be treated kindly.
