Ordered a door back in April 7, 2018. Everything has gone wrong since. We are now at the end of June. When I ordered my door from Marciano Doors I was told the door would take about 2 to 3 wks. The door took longer. Brent(the person i dealt with) told us the door came but it was banged so it went back to get it fixed. When the door was finally ready, the door was fixed but not primed as we had requested. So...door had to go back again to get primed. It took over a month to get this door back again. Today my husband went to pick up the door just to realize the beveled glass on the door was backwards. They beveled the glass on the wrong side. I immediately called Brent and told him we wanted our money back and they should come pick up the door. The same day we went to the store to get our money back and arrange for them to pick up the door. We had no problem in doing that as Brent realized that we were not happy customers. In talking to Brent and talking about what had happened. He confided in us that the door we had from the start was a door that the supplier had on the side and so they used that door instead of ordering us a brand new door. Something that Brent himself said should not have happened. So my question is...had that door not been banged up and not have to go back...they were supplying me with an old door and not a new door. I will diffidently not use them for anything. I would much rather pay double the price and get someone who knows what they are doing. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

An excellent experience indeed. The product provided and the accessories are of the finest quality and with the best price. What is better is the customer service that I received from the owner, I was touched by the fact that he almost refused to sell me the doors because he thought that they might not appear cosmetically right due to the size of the door opining. I highly recommend this company
