If you hate wasting your time, find another clinic. I had my doctor fax documents to them twice on different weeks because they couldn’t find my records for the sample l needed. I went there twice with a full bladder for no reason. I had them confirm their fax, confirm their location, all for nothing. If they repeatedly waste my time and can’t get something so basic done l simply cannot recommend them.

Very disappointed with their service. I usually go to the one on Harwood and have always enjoyed my time there. However, I went here as they don't require appointments to be booked from before and was not unable to get it done because they don't take people after 3:30. I don't mind coming another day but it was the way that the receptionist spoke to me that made it a terrible experience. She was very rude and not understanding at all. I will not be returning.

I won’t go anywhere else for blood work after finding this lab. The staff are friendly, gentle and professional and I love that I can check the estimated wait time on the app before I go. I don't like needles or having blood work done but the staff at the Whitby location have made it such a pleasant experience for me. Will definitely use them for future testing needs and continue to recommend to my friends and family.

Sent my requisition online, checked in for my apt online. Wait time said 5mins, I waited 15mins with multiple people going in front of me, I finally asked what they were waiting on and they told me they couldn’t log in to get my requisition.. I wasted 20minutes waiting for nothing because they didn’t communicate that to me.

I was already in the building for a different appointment and came to check how busy the lab was. I was right in and out within 10 minuets ! Also the lady who drew my blood today was an absolute GEM! I told her about being nervous with blood work and she was amazing at distracting me! She was absolutely hilarious. Very much appreciated having her today!

Karen Kathleen and Sunil provided a positive patient experience! We actually had difficulties with finding the Requisition Form (I misplaced it) the receptionist went out of her way multiple times to find it for us. Absolutely recommend this location very clean and everyone is very professional and caring. **********

Excellent Service! I went morning at 8 AM to get fasting blood test and ECG. All done within 30 minutes. The lab technician is super friendly and professional.I would highly recommend this place.
