This place was absolute delight. Went here during a slower weekday afternoon immediately noticed how well thought out and designed the taproom is.My friend and I started with tasting flights. It took us a minute to choose as they have 24 original beers on tap. When we did finally decide and received our flights, I was pleased with every single one of my choices. As was my accompaniment.We ordered an appetizer and two dishes for ourselves. Was really happy with everything. A lot of places completely mess up cauliflower bites but these ones were solid. I was also surprised how good the mushroom stuff tortellini was. Not a dish I’d expect at a craft brewery.The young lady serving us was also an absolute delight!I’ll certainly return every time I’m in the area.Thanks for a great first experience!

Went to the Brickhouse Brewpub with friends from Woodstock. It was very busy so we had a 20 minute wait for a seat. The ordering process is different than most places, you go to the bar to put your order in and take your drinks back to the table yourself.I went with the beer cheese dip to start and the chicken and waffles for the main. The g.f. ordered the classic cheeseburger. Our friends went with the jalapeños poppers and the waffle nacho fries.The beer cheese dip and pretzel buns were amazing. The g.f. said the burger was good. The chicken and waffles was ok but I was looking at the pictures on Google first and saw a picture of chicken and waffles. I thought I was getting chicken and waffles not waffle fries, guess I should have read the menu better.The beers were great, especially liked the Dusk to dawn.The bus Boys worked real hard at keeping the tables clear but I think waiters and waitresses would add to the dinning experience and would have probably netted a few more beer orders from the table. Its a little weird tipping at the end when you are essentially your own server.Non the less I would recommend the Brickhouse Brewpub. This is one of Woodstocks best independent establishments to go out to.

The best poutine outside of Montreal. I know, I've lived in Woodstock for 15 years and Montreal for over 20. It's great to see a clean classy yet accessible resto pub in Woodstock. The selection of local brews is fantastic and will appeal to a broad range of tastes. I highly recommend the flights. I also had the southern fried chicken sandwich. This beats any Popeyes, KFC, chain restaurant chicken sandwich. Great atmosphere for a business or casual lunch and will have to try it in the evening. Woodstock needs more establishments like this! Can't recommend it enough!

Walking in here as a first time customer was pretty warm and welcoming. It's a nice laid back environment, great place to have a meal and drinks with your friends or family. Staff were very kind and friendly, the food was delicious with large portions. They have such a large variety of drinks to satisfy everyone's taste buds too! One thing that's different is you go up to the bar to order your food, which is nice because you order when you're ready and not rushed by a waitress. Highly recommend.

Busy atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent food. But, if you are looking for cozy, quiet and individual -this is not your place. They have coped well with Covid changes, and as long as you are fine with almost a deli style service, where you order at the counter and food/beverage are delivered you will enjoy this place. Staff are friendly and take the time to make you feel welcome. Great experience.

Had an amazing lunch here today. Menu has lots of options to choose from. Lots of seating inside with an open concept. Service was excellent, loved the atmosphere inside. There are a good number of beers to choose from brewed by Upper Thames Brewing, my personal favourite was Dead Reckoning.

stumbled upon this place when i was looking for a restaurant on way to point peele! beautiful place !! very limited seating inside but they have outdoor seating as well! their beer tasted really great!! we got burgers, a salad and cali club sandwich, wings and waffles fries chicken… everything taste great! the staffs are friendly.. quick service !!!

Back again for a visit since camping in the area, good selection of beers and great patio atmosphere! Didn't have any food thus time, but certainly will next time. Left with a few for tge patio at home! Will be back...
