Great customer service, friendly staff, competitive pricing, and a job well done. I highly recommend them. They give you a 7 hour window of time at first for your appt, but then the morning of, you get a text that narrows it down to a 2 hour time slot. They also offer a 3-year price freeze which is nice and they call you after your appt too, just to make sure you were happy. Overall, I'm a very happy customer.

Both guys introduced themselves which I appreciated. They are very approachable and professional. If we have questions, they answer them politely and knowledgeable with what they are doing. Experience with their cleaning services were great. Great teamwork! Highly recommend them!

Socrates was very friendly & cheerful and was a pleasure to deal with the carpet cleaning at my parent’s home. He was very hardworking and did an overall excellent job.There was one minor area that after drying needs a little bit of extra attention, however the office was great to deal with to ensure customer satisfaction on this and dispatching cleaner to go over that area again.Would recommend their services and the representative Socrates!

Andrew and Benito came and performed excellent cleaning on my furnace, AC coils, ductwork, and dryer vent. They are very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me with tips for my system. They were on time, great attitudes, professional and efficient!I highly recommend and will be using them for all my furnace cleaning needs

My last experience with this company was frustrating. First time they came out, they said they needed a special ladder and for me to remove a shelf. They said they needed to talk to their dispatch and left without telling me if they were coming back or not with a ladder. I removed the shelf and called them back and rescheduled. The second time they came back and got a different technician. They told me I would need to drill a square hole in my ceiling to make an access panel otherwise they couldn’t guarantee the clean.Don’t call this company if you want your furnace cleaned. I called their dispatch and they confirmed every technician has their own way of cleaning so there is no consistency in how they do their job. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I have since called Action Furnace and they were able to complete the job without any ladders or cutting holes in my ceiling. Also identical pricing to Alberta Furnace Cleaners and available on weekends.

The technicians showed up outside their 2 hour time window, not super late but still. They were professional and overall work looked pretty smooth such as they knew what they were doing. They made sure house didn't get dirty or not to leave any scratches during operation.Problem: When they were pressure cleaning air return vent in one of the room, clouds of dust came out through other rooms' air return vent and settles on blankets, mattress, carpet and what not. The cloud of dust which was seating in air return dust, which I was never gonna have in my house, the furnace cleaning made this possible. So, basically I ended up having way more dust then I would normally. Remedy?? They should have covered the big return vents in other room, which they eventually did after my concern and after the mess was done. I was then blamed that not having cleaned my furnace for years can cause this issue which I don't buy it. YOU SHOULD HAVE COVERED THOSE RETURN VENTS to trap tons of dust flying in my house.The company rep called me next day and offered my $25 refund out of some $ 440 total cost, which is not even close to what I had to suffer but I still appreciate their courtesy. I think it was tech's fault and I didn't want to write negative review but then this could save someone else from having to go through this.

The guys from Ab Furnace Gleaning did a great job! They arrived on time and worked very efficiently. I ended up paying more than my quote, but I had more vents than I realized and opted to add in an additional service. We purchased our house almost 2 yrs ago so I’m not sure when the venting had been cleaned last but I am noticing a significant difference. I’ll be using them again when services are required.
