Bryan and his team at Elite are hands down the best in town. We have used him multiple times in the past for home renovations. His most recent work was in our commercial space for a store build out. He was reasonable and very close to what he quoted us prior to starting the job. His guys worked hard and were always on time. Bryan and his team stayed on schedule and were very attentive. I cannot say enough on how great this company is and runs! Hire Elite if you want a job well done!

I was fortunate enough to find this company of talented professionals to add a second floor addition. Where I first noticed its calibre was in the quality of communication that was maintained throughout the early stage of quote and blue prints. They worked with my draftsman, the city ref: permit and kept me informed of any possible hiccups we may encounter given I live on the river and must maintain the integrity of the riparian area while building up. So five stars for clear, timely communication.The next thing I noticed was the project manager made regular visits to the site. This gave us the confidence that Elite kept its finger on the pulse of the project and knew exactly what was happening with the project and the subcontractors every step of the way.Elite's subcontractors were respectfully and friendly. They were never intrusive and always considered us as homeowners living on site while the work was being done.The work was finished in a timely manner. The quality of work was beyond our expectations. Once completed I called the project manager on one or two minor items which were addressed without question or cost.And speaking of cost Elite stayed on budget and during a time when materials and lumber was in constant fluctuation.This year (2023) we are having Elite back to work on yet another project.I can without any hesitation recommend this company for anything and all things to do with construction.They are a five star company.

Recently completed a commercial renovation with the team @ Interior Elite. The experience was as easy as you could hope for. Interior Elite Contracting Limited​After much deliberation, we decided that we should complete some renovations of our retirement home. After doing our research and reading about Elite, we arranged a meeting with them.​The process involved a very skillful gal with an eye for detail in Amanda. We told her what we wanted and after some back and forth and suggestions agreed on the renovation plan.​The Interior Elite team came on board with Victor and Dustin weighing in. On January 9th the process began and was completed in March.​Communication and inspections were regular and we knew who would be coming and going from day to day and week to week with a provided calendar.​They turned our ensuite into a spa, main bath into a wonderful guest escape and the kitchen into a very functional piece of beauty. The kitchen was gutted and everything was replaced with a new modern look with white and blue cabinetry, quartz counter tops and back splash. The storage added was a welcome addition to our home.​The attention to detail and meticulous way they progressed were remarkable. Throughout it all we remained in our home and the messes were small and mostly cleaned up in short order.​The trades that they brought in to attend to electrical, plumbing, drywalling, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and glass work were amazing. Bryan and the team at Elite are a great contractor to work with. We've worked with them as their closet provider on many projects, and we can say that contractors that make a point to include upgraded closets as standard in their builds take that same care and attention to the things you can't see.They've got a very qualified team, and their project coordinators keep tight schedules and good communication which makes all the difference working with them.We recommend Elite to tackle either new home construction or renovations. They do a great job as a one stop shop for building and renovating.

I worked with Interior Elite to completely remodel my bathroom. The quality of the work completed was excellent. There were some unexpected delays and the entire job did take longer than I expected but the staff I worked with were all very good to communicate with.

Elite did a home renovation project for us over a year ago and we are still so happy with it! Living through a renovation can be challenging but the Elite staff were all so professional, friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable having them in our home. We were amazed with how responsive and patient Bryan was. We are so grateful for all the hard work they put into making our renovation idea a reality and look forward to working with them again on other parts of our home.

Elite contracting was great!. Bryan is precise and easy to deal with. I had a few other contractors come and look and my idea. And all of them seemed dumbfounded. Bryan came and right away knew what I was trying to accomplish, and later that night had come up with a very fair quote.They were fast and went over and above the quality I was hoping for. All his employees or co contractors were very clean and polite as well. It felt nice that I could let these people have access to my home when I wasn't around and feel my home was being treated well.I am hoping to have them back for another project in the near future and recommend them to a very high regard.2018-08-04Had them come back to do a second bathroom for us. Our neighbour recommended Elite for our basement and bathroom renovations and they did not disappoint! From our first encounter and throughout the project they were friendly and professional. Mike's communication with us was outstanding; he would update us almost daily on progress and kept us notified of any changes. We gave them a firm deadline (we couldn't adjust our babies due date!) and they were able to finish on time. When we had questions about the work being done, Mike was easily reachable and would stop by to provide thorough explanations. When we didn't clarify that there was a part of the wall we wanted closed in, we brought it to Mike and he apologized and updated our work order for our project and it was quickly rectified. When our shower tiles arrived and couldn't be installed the way we had envisioned, they provided a suggestion we went with which we both love! When our vanity was accidentally installed off midline to our vanity lights, Mike noticed right away and had his team fix it. All of the sub-contractors who came by were friendly and respectful. We especially appreciated the electrician who took the time to show us how to unwire our doorbell so it wouldn't wake our sleeping toddler! Without hesitation we will be hiring Elite for all of our future home renovations! Thank you to Mike and his team!
