My wife and I wandered around looking for tile. A staff asked if we needed help and proceeded to spend the next 30-45 minutes with us. Most helpful and in the end ordered some samples for us. Superior customer service on our first visit

This is mostly a response to Paige's review, which I am very puzzled by. This place is a showroom. Usually you go to some other retail tile shop who then directs you here to go look at some more samples. Olympia doesn't deal directly with the public. At least this is the way it worked for us. At any rate, they are not really responsible for customer service, that's the responsibility of the retail store that directed you here.Regarding the staff at the showroom, in our dealings with them, they were courteous and friendly.

I’ve been to Olympia twice in the last week looking for tile samples for our clients, and the front desk staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones to acknowledge me either time. Disappointing as our company does a lot of tile work. Walked over to Greco and their sales team immediately pointed me in the right direction.

First of all the sign out front should say if your not a contractor do not enter!.The customer service is terrible wont get off the computer to help and they were so quick to tell the my tile guy that I was in there looking for a deal and gossip about this very disappointed I would not recommend this showroom at all to anyone...
