At $265 for a rental, make sure you check every seam prior to leaving the store. I assumed the suit would be made of quality but come wedding day I put on the pants to find a nice tear. For that price…I expected better quality. I do not recommend

I don't recall the name of the older gentleman who helped me, but he's the bomb. 11 out of 10. Easily the best customer service I've ever experienced in any shopping situation I've ever gone through. He was very well composed, had a good sense of humour, was very patient with me, and he helped me tastefully accent a full suit within about 45 minutes. The suit was tailored and ready in 4 days. I will be returning to this Moores location without hesitation to acquire a few more additions to my wardrobe. A1 service.

Normally I'll post an hilarious (to me anyway) review of the foibles of a business if they've irked me enough. I have zero complaints about the service. I was assisted within about 10 seconds, and the staff was friendly and helpful (Unlike the pizza hut @scott road & 70th) I'll just put this:$72.79 for a plain black tie. (After taxes. But wow)The guy helping got the one raised eyebrow from me, and sighed, seemingly ready for an outburst of some kind, which I'm guessing should be common and appropriate for something like this. But I just didn't have it in me. It's not his fault. On the other hand, I see the owner pipes up on reviews frequently here. Go on and try to convince me I got value for $ here. I dare ya.

Blown away by the great service I was given tonight by the store manager, Penny. I knew what I needed but Penny knew better. We quickly picked out a suit and some other stuff that I needed. Penny was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a really good deal - on top of a top notch experience. The store is packed full of everything you expect and could ever need and even stuff I didn’t know they would carry. I would definitely recommend this store and Penny gets a huge high five from me. Thank you!

Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceI recently had an interview scheduled at [guildford] at 3 o'clock. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I arrived 30 minutes late. Upon reaching the location, I approached the lady INDIAN manager, expecting her to acknowledge the situation professionally. However, to my dismay, she didn’t greet/reply me, seemingly unaware of the scheduled interview.I politely reminded her that we had spoken over the phone to confirm the interview, to which she reluctantly admitted. Nonetheless, she proceeded to dismiss my interview, citing my lateness as a reason for her disinterest. I was taken aback by her unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy.I understand the importance of punctuality, and I take responsibility for my lateness. However, I believe that customer service should extend beyond the surface-level interactions. A more understanding and accommodating response would have been appreciated, considering the circumstances.As someone who values professionalism and respect in the workplace, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. It is disheartening to encounter such a dismissive attitude from a manager, especially during a job interview. I hope that Moores takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service standards.

So back in January I came in and dropped several hundreds on a new suit. I had a very good and helpful employee that time.I came in yesterday(July 9th) looking for some new dress clothes for work. Now I don't know if it's because I came inside in gym clothes or because I was First Nations but no one seemed to wanna help me until I asked to try stuff on.There was plenty of staff working, it was quite busy too so I kinda figured someone eventually might come by and be more tentative. A young Asian woman was somewhat helping me with my try on stuff but the customer service was no where near the level of the first time I came here.Eventually I would have to deal with A short little Asian man who seemed to be annoyed that he was working yesterday. His attitude and demeanor stuck out bad, even to my girlfriend who brought him up when we left.This man was the one who checked me out, but before this I had asked him where I put the stuff I don't want and he says the table is fine without looking up, when I put the clothes down I guess he didn't like how I did it so he gave me a bad look that my girlfriend caught. So now we're at the checkout and this guy seems like he can't be bothered to help me. 0 customer service skills and ended up pissing me off leaving the store because of his obvious disgruntled attitude he was carrying.If you have staff who wants to have an attitude about their job or with paying customers who've been polite then you might wanna find some new staff. I don't care if you gotta fake it, find some professionalism or the next time a customer might not be so professional themselves.The best part is after reading the reviews for this store, it's pretty conclusive that this store fails at customer service badly. Get new staff.I won't be back, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Not a typical moore’s customer but I went in for a pair of shoes for my wedding coming up. Brandon was on top of his game and struck a 10/10 with me. Ended up picking up a few great additions to the shoes based on his thoughtful and caring recommendations. If anyone’s on the fence with poor associate reviews—just go see Brandon. I’d highly recommend.
