This was my first time reaching out to Lee and the team at GTB.I could tell the quality of the service i would be receiving from the get go.The team was very thorough in their plan and kept me updated throughout the service and maintained the job within budget. Our place looks neat and spotless.I highly recommend their services and definitely great to work with.

What an amazing feeling to walk in your home on a Friday night after a long week and your house is so clean. I just had my first clean by Geoffrey The Butler, a team of 3 deep cleaned my home and cleaned areas that I know that I never got to on a regular basis. The level of communication prior, during and post clean has been amazing. I have immediately signed up for bi-weekly service. Thank You Geoffrey for helping out a busy family of 5 and making sure that the weekends are now mine to enjoy and not worry about the jobs that I need to to.

I highly recommend Geoffrey The Butler. My hours looks absolutely amazing after having they clean my two story town house. Washrooms look immaculate. My kitchen is sparkly clean. They cleaned the oven, my dishes all the countertop and stainless steel.All the beds are made. My home is perfected !The cleaners are super friendly and efficient !

We had a couple of cleaners from Geoffrey the Butler come to our place the first time a couple of weeks ago. Both ladies were friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job of following all of the instructions and notes we went over with them. They left the house so fresh and clean - in particular, the oven, backsplash, and microwaves were SPARKLING clean after lots of grime had been baked into/onto them. I was really impressed by them. They even left nice touches that would be typical of a hotel, such as tucking in the first toilet paper sheet in the roll or folding up towels. I can't wait to continue using them!

I think there are a lot of cleaning services out there but one that is with clear and timely communications, only Geoffrey The Butler has done it for me. From the first contact, to confirmation, to finally finishing the job, I was able to get them on the phone or emails on a timely manner (Lee was the one who helped me). They actually care about the business and the satisfaction of their customers. In addition, they charged minimal one hour instead of forcing you to commit to 2-3 hours like other companies. It really made a difference for me because this task is a small one. You gotta do the small one right to gain my bigger business and I will definitely come back to Geoffrey The Butler. Thank you!

Highly recommend. Why? Responsive and communicative. Can work with your budget and set priorities. It goes without saying they do great work. I'm so happy with the service I get from GTB. One of the priorities I had when finding a cleaning company to help me with my home was accountability and good communication. Exceeds expectations on both!

We have been using Geoffrey the Butler (you gotta love the name) for almost 6 years now from a friend’s recommendation. What took us so long? Although our home is not one of the beautiful homes you see in glossy magazines, it is given the same care and attention as if it was! What we find particularly important are the wonderful staff that work so professionally….even through Covid with all it’s challenges. Coming home every other Tuesday is always a treat!

The team at Geoffrey the Butler were really thorough and communicative through the whole process. They did such a great job with the cleaning - my place looks amazing! I’d definitely recommend their services to others & will be referring my tenant to them.

I used GTB once a few months ago and overall the cleaning was great but the customer service was incredible! There were a few items that were unfortunately missed (and some garbage left behind in the open) that the owner dealt with very quickly and professionally. I SO appreciated the follow-up call from the owner along with his willingness to have the team (and himself) return during the busy holiday season and touch up the missed items (complimentary). The absolute best part was how sparkling clean the floors and washroom were and how perfectly the bed was made -- it truly felt like coming home to a hotel. Looking forward to future cleanings with the GTB team!

I had been debating for a while on having a company come on and clean my home. After encouraging words from a friend I decided to give Geoffrey The Butler a try and I am so happy that I did!As a busy entrepreneur who is solo parenting what I loved about Geoffrey The Butler is the convenience that the service provides, not only did it save me time, but it gave me the opportunity to focus on other tasks, because I knew at the end my house will be clean.Beyond the convenience, what I ended up getting was a spotless and clean house! The attention to detail was impeccable! And you could tell that the staff really took pride in their work.I also appreciated being able to use natural cleaners, as environmental sustainability is very important to me.Overall, I’m really happy and impressed… so much that I’ve booked them again and look forward to having them come back and clean my home.
