If you are looking to buy a used vehicle, go see Marcus and his team at DriveTown Ottawa!!The last two used vehicles I purchased (from a different used lot) turned out to be complete garbage but after meeting Marcus at DriveTown, my faith in used cars and salesmen has been restored. Marcus asked me for a wish list and he met all my needs and had me driving exactly what I was looking for within 48 hours! Thank you Marcus for being so amazing and helpful.

Hey folks, if you’re looking for real awesome people to deal with, they took the time to listen to what my needs were, and there was no stupid questions. Price point and the deal I got was exactly what I needed!! Their service has been the best since we can all agree that during the pandemic, customer service has gone downhill! Purchased a used car here about 4 months ago and had a great experience. My sales rep Ryan was very kind and made the process simple and approachable. They were also very accommodating and arranged additional repairs for the car (seat adjusting mechanisms were not working, also affecting the heated seats) with the garage across the street at no extra charge. No problems with the car so far and I'm loving my new ride.
