Great shopping at The Heel thanks to Kate. I purchased two Taos I love and the coolest Pikolinos high tops that I can't wait to wear. My fiancé bought two pair of shoes as well and insoles after years of miserable foot issues. Kate was awesome and spent forever helping us find just what we wanted even though we took up so much of her time. I've shopped at The Heel forever both at the old location as well as the current and LOVE the help I always receive finding the perfect brand and fit. My fiancé is now a convert too! Check them out. You will love the shoes and wear them forever. I still wear boots I purchased at the old location because I just can't give them up!

I had a wonderful experience here! I have recently been having foot pain and Melanie helped me find a variety of shoes with better support! She was so helpful and patient! Love coming to The Heel and their outlet store next door. Always plenty of options and the shoes all just really great quality shoes that are built to last and won’t fall apart after a season. They’ve got great outdoor apparel as well. It’s a well-oiled machine and plenty of friendly and helpful people there. Shout out to Rachel for her expertise. Loved having her there to help me!

I love this shoe store. They have the best fitters and the best selection of shoes I’ve seen. I always stop by when I’m here from California. My fitter today was Kate. She was patient, helpful, cheerful and when I explained my concerns about shoes and my feet, she was able to spot an easily corrected problem. The solution will make all my shoes more comfortable.

First time visiting The Heel from Sturgeon Bay, WI. My husband was on the hunt for On Running shoes. Wow- such a cool store and customer service was outstanding! Michael DeGrave was wonderful and helped us find the perfect shoe for my husband in the color he was looking for. Such a great experience, we will be back for sure! Always extremely impressed when I walk through your doors! Love being greeted with a smile and a genuine concern for what I’m looking for! Yesterday I met Keely…..such a breath of fresh air! Fantastic selection of amazing shoe brands you won't see at other local retailers. Recently purchased a pair of Flower Mountain sneakers and a pair of Oncept sneakers. Both are so unique and beyond comfortable. Also bought a lightweight Kuhl jacket...can't wait to wear it this fall.Highly recommended checking out The Heel Shoe Fitters if you're looking for a wonderful shoe shopping experience. The best shoe store! We were greeted by Abby V and she helped us through the process of finding a pair of dress shoes for my husband. She was so patient with him when he was explaining his problems with how wide his foot is. She stretched the shoes for him to a perfect fit! Will recommend The Heel to everyone!
