Model Nails

I stopped going because it's too expensive. My mother went two days ago and got a french nails done (not a full manicure). She payed $35. This morning she was cleaning the dishes and the white part of the french came off... all of the nails. So she went back and was rudely met with a worker who gave her attitude. Keep in mind it was not even 24 hours after she got them done.They ended up redoing the nails for free, but for the price you pay for just a french (especially white line) and the unkind behaviour about it after is not worth the journey.I will shine some light on the fact that the owner did apologize and I understand that just because we haven't had the greatest experience, doesn't mean you will. But my advice is... save your money.

I like the finished nails but was way too expensive and lady was so rough she made 3 of my fingers bleed on my left hand. The nail tech didn't talk to me at all, only to her coworkers the whole time. Unfortunately I don't think I would go again, as this wasn't my usual nail salon is so much nicer, cheaper for same quality, and doesn't leave my fingers hurting after.

I walked in to get a full set of acrylic nails and they are PERFECT, she was so fast I was finished in 30 minutes. I could not believe it, outstanding work!

Unfortunately I went in as I was on a time crunch, but I should’ve looked at the other reviews thoroughly. I did a pedicure and they cut way too much cuticle so now I am left with a very inflamed and sore toe. They were not consistent with what they were doing and everything was done in random order, like they started filing then soaked my feet after (almost like they had no clue what they were doing). Do yourself a favour and read the reviews, there is a reason why ratings are so low.

I am beyond impressed with our service I took our 4 year old daughter for her first time and they were amazing with her, so patient and they made her laugh the entire time she had a blast and we will definitely be back again! My gel nails look amazing and my daughters are so cute as well! Very friendly and affordable :)

Really good service and friendly staff. I loved my foot and calf massage and I usually am not a fan of them at mail salons. Everyone in my group was satisfied with the service and results, especially the 9 year old birthday girl!

DO NOT GO HEREAbsolutely mediocre nail work.Horrible customer service absolutely disgraceful, Where do I begin. I have been coming here on and off. I’m always turned off by the service. They are absolutely horrible to people here. I’ve watched them be rude to elderly as well as overcharge them. They do not use proper sanitation. It is near my home so I’ve tried to overlook the service issues and watch to be sure they are handling things in my application with care and safety.I address my issue with them lying to me over the phone to get me in. To then proceed to yell at me in front of several customers. I was on a time crunch, and when I called, I asked to make the appointment for a pedicure and fill.I asked if it was possible to prepare my nails for the fill while getting the pedicure to save time. They agreed.Then they left me in the pedicure chair, took clients that walked in without an appointment before me when I asked if I Able to start my nails they insulted me.I also asked for the Wi-Fi I was given the password about 45 minutes later, and then they turned the Internet access off when I was unhappy with the serviceThere are so many other nail places. I imagine this place will not be open long as I’m calling the house board and they will be looking into this as well

I went to model nails today to get my acrylic nails taken off, and omg! The minute I entered their service was horrible, they didn’t say hello, they didn’t welcome me in, they just told me to sit down. Right when I sat down she just grabbed my hands and started roughly taking them off with a fake nail and even ripped my nail off and started bleeding. Take in, I had nice long nails under and told her i’d like to keep them that way however, I went on my phone for a minute and she began cutting them after I specifically told her i’d like them the way they are. After all this and even after I said their price was not fair for the way my nails were done, they made me pay 20 dollars!!

Been here twice. Both times, my nails were coming off after less than a week. Do not go here! Not worth the money they charge. No skill in specific designs and nail additions don’t last!

They used to be good now with every visit its getting worst the only reason i go back its right across from my house. The staff is rude when you point out there mistakes and they are not even willing to fix it.
