Maple Leaf Carpet Cleaning
We had good experienced. Very professional and and our stairs are super filthy. We already decided to replace it with vinyl but for some financial reason we delayed it and tried to do the steam clean instead. It works magically, our stairs and room is now clean and almost new if not on ware and tear. Highly recommended company.

Sam was punctual and quick to respond. His prices are less than the other cleaning companies, so it’s more than fair. His results are better than the previous company we went with prior to finding him.(even though we were quoted more) We’re Definitely going to be a returning customer.

Sam and his associate made quick work of my one bedroom apartment, finishing a carpet cleaning in roughly 20 minutes. As I was on the second floor, they took care to make sure none of my neighbours property was damaged throughout the process. I think the minor increase compared to competitors was well justified by Sam showing up for me on a Saturday, having constant communication with me through text, and making the process quick and painless.

As someone with severe allergies to pet hair and dusts who moved into a new place with a lot of hair and dust built up, I called Sam to inquire about his carpet cleaning service. He was communicative and transparent about what his service can and cannot achieve. During our conversation not only did he clarify expectations, but he also offered practical advice on how to best alleviate my symptoms (pre-vacuuming). He delivered cleaning service with his team in a timely and professional manner. Highly recoomend!

I got carpet cleaning done from Sam when my tenant moved out and I had really tough pet stains and smell all over the carpet. He did an amazing job saved me the cost of replacing the carpet. I highly recommend him as he is very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service and actually going to get it cleaned again from him soon.
