Dave has provided appraisals to my employer on a number of commercial properties and they are of good quality and accurate. Have reviewed current market valuations, DCFs, and forced sale values and they have been very accurate. Personable and friendly, completes in a timely manner for less than larger firms. Strongly recommend.

Cannot recommend. In determining appraised value does not use appropriate closed sales comparables when there are comparables in the same neighborhood that closed within 90 days. Uses comparables outside of 90 days in entirely different neighborhood kilometres away. Question integrity & ethics under AACI designation & for not adhering to rules by lender for appraisal. Mr. Horne o/o simply said that was the way it was. No justification
