The staff needs to be trained on how to be well mannered and respectful to everyone. Irrespective of a person's race and color, everyone should be treated equally. I went there on a Saturday evening closer to 4 to get my license plates and get my car registered. The lady helping me didn't even offer to ask me to sit. She was not interested in helping me out. She talked me to me as if she was doing a favor by helping me out. This is the first autopac place I've seen where no one is interested in either talking or helping you out. Better to go someplace else. As this location is closer to my home so I went there. After this experience will take my business someplace else, even if I have to travel to different part of the city for that , but will not visit this place again.

The worst experience. I didn't receive my drivers license in the mail. I had to pay for another temporary license. My license that I was waiting for came last Friday. Today is January 30th. My renewal is end of October. I will be looking at another establishment for my auto insurance. Renewal will be elsewhere.The manger never called back.The clerk was wearing a bare midriff sweater. I came for business not to be assisted by a person dressed to go out to a bar or social. Professional attire is required for working amongst the public.If I could give a zero I would.

When we relocated out of country, Liam was very patient and helpful to ensure everything was cancelled properly. I have never had a better experience when using a insurance broker. From the minute I walked in the door I felt at ease.
