The best place to go to if you need glasses! Not only do they have the biggest selection of glasses and sunglasses, but the customer service is 10/10! Kai assisted my boyfriend with finding regular glasses and sunglasses and myself with sunglasses. The large selection can feel a little overwhelming but Kai really helped us with narrowing down the best styles for our picky preferences and criteria. He made us feel at ease because of his amazing personality. We really appreciated and trusted his opinion. We had limited interaction with other employees when picking up our glasses but they were all extremely nice and helpful as well.Thanks Kai and everyone at Optical Connection!

We never felt rushed and she was incredibly helpful. I had the most wonderful experience today at Optical Connection. After wearing glasses for 10+ years, I have never been to an establishment with such an extensive selection of frames. The options were truly endless.That said, my experience was heightened with the service provided by Matthew Suen. He greeted my Mom and I at the door with kindness, and was more than patient with me while making my decision. He understood exactly what I was looking for, and pulled fabulous frames for me to choose from. I felt like a valued customer from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. First time visiting this store and I am pleased with my entire experience. Upon entering the store a friendly representative by the name of Matthew greeted and assisted me with purchasing two new pairs of sunglasses. He was very thorough and patient with me as I tried on numerous frames. I was even more pleased when he offered to order in a style that was not available in store so that I could return at a later date to try on. The store has a great selection of frames and is clean, organized and fashion forward! Such a lovely experience with exceptional customer service. Thank you!

Our whole experience was very positive. Matthew, who served us was very prompt, attentive, polite and extremely helpful. He even took the initiative to fix a problem with my existing glasses (purchased from a different vendor) without even being asked! The eye exam took place on-time, thorough, in a friendly manner, taking time to explain the findings in a clear manner. This is a very professional operation that takes customer service seriously.

I like this store for some great selection of eyewear. The store is well organized and staffs are welcoming. Janice (one of the rep) is our favourite. She went above and beyond for us to get a good matching eye wear. Will come back here again. I strongly recommend Janice to anyone who goes to optical connection.

My wife bought her Glass here and heard from her that they were rude and indifferent but I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. I was there today to get glasses but the guy that approached me didn't help at all. I asked him if he could help me find glasses that were almost the same size as my current glasses but said I don't think we have much of those..". I continued to look at glasses myself and would occasionally ask to open the case but he wouldn't really help look for some. At one point I was putting back the glasses myself. I found 2 that I liked and was ready to get them but when I was going to talk to him

I had such a great experience with Optical Connection. I was greeted pleasantly when I walked in and the lady stayed with me while I was going back and forth with my decision. She even offered constructive comments when I asked how she thought I looked in my choices. That helped me make a decision. There were so many name brand options and amazing choices. This compared to Costco where I usually get my glasses. Although Costco is cheaper , the options are limited. My prescription is strong so of course my glasses are always pricey but I was so happy to get 2 glasses for the price of one . I got a pair of sunglasses and a regular pair. They even gave me a glass of water while we got everything settled. I was disappointed that my glasses would only be ready in 3 weeks but the time passed quickly and received a text message saying my glasses were ready !!! When I picked up I got another glass of water and they made sure the glasses fit me properly and that I could see. They told me if I had any issue , just come back . This has been my best glasses shopping experience so far and I have had glasses since the age of 5. I am definitely coming back with my kids.
