There is a reason you are seeing so many 5* reviews here. Outstanding personal, yet very professional service. I have investment accounts with quite a few banks and brokerages, but have over the years been closing them out and moving my funds over to Madeline. Although her returns have been either on par or better than that the other institutions I have invested with, It's been her personalized and caring service that instills a greater level of confidences with my investments.

I've been with Madeline for a long time. I have never had any issues. She is always friendly and knowledgeable.Whenever I have a question, she is able to answer it in a way that I can understand. She is response and is quick to update you on developments that she thinks you might be concerned about (ie: Investing during covid).Every time my friends talk about their finances, I always mention that I'm with Edward Jones and that Madeline works with me for my investment portfolio. 4 years ago, we referred to Madeline for some financial advice. I found her being very knowledgeable, patient and more importantly honest. Analyzing our status and requirements, she was able to explain and offer us the most suitable investment plan. Even if we forget to review our status, she is following up with us on a regular bases. Madeline and her assistant, Jean, work in perfect harmony and their office was able to address all my occasional calls promptly. We went to Madeline seeking for life insurance and then we realized she is not only expert in all different kinds of life insurances but also she can give us all required advice as to our current situation and our future investment strategies.
