Clarkson Village Motel
I am currently staying at the Clarkson Motel. Management is very nice. Got a newly upgraded room. Very clean. Sometimes the heat is too high at night.

Whatever you do DO NOT STAY HERE !!! My boyfriend and I checked in after a long night of travelling and fell right asleep straightaway When we both woke up my boyfriend we were covered in red spots. (We both have sensitive skin and thought nothing of it until an hour after we left) THEY HAVE BED BUGS. Our entire bodies are COVERED. The rooms are disgustingly dirty, and they advertise that the rooms are non smoking but there are burn holes all over the carpets. The price is not worth the money and time you’ll have to spend making sure the bed bugs don’t come home with you or cause any further health concerns.

Friendly greeting and quick service. Room needed thorough cleaning and dusting. Smudged mirror, doors, bathtub, and microwave. No hair dryer but sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom threshold screws are a safety hazard. Internet speed and service great. Parking lot had glass and construction pieces, screws and the like. Bathroom was cold and main room electric heaters took long time to heat with no air circulation. The one night was sufficient for my needs and was quiet

My room wasn't even vacuumed he asked me if he could bring us a vacuum in a little bit never did very dirty dirty rooms and expensive $153 a night for a motel that looks like homeless people lived in it before it was so dirty I had to ask for a room and I set the floor and underneath the bed for about a good hour I did such a good job the owner came by as a joke and said oh are you looking for a job probably because he had never seen one of his room so clean, if we didn't pay $35 for a taxi there and it was the only place that allowed us to check in early we would have never stayed there !

Clarkson Village Motel
For what you're paying, this place is an excellent deal. I was looking for a place that would be within a half hour from Pearson Airport that was going to be quiet, clean and affordable. This one checks all those boxes. The rooms are clean and did not smell bad, the place was quiet and was conveniently located next to a dollar store, restaurants, etc. The owner was very polite and accommodating. Excellent place to hang your hat for a bit while travelling.

Check-in was supposed to be available at 11 however even when we arrived at 11.55 there was no one at the check-in office for 15 mins. Took two phone calls to get the guy there. Room was not ready for further 15 minutes. Room had someone’s old underwear behind the dresser, old cards and lots of dust there. Owner himself came at 11 AM the next day (without prior consideration that he had delayed our check-in) asking for the keys at check-out. Poor service. Towels and bed linen were clean, though.Overall, will not stay there again.

Very clean, carpeted floors. Excellent staff. I requested 2 extra pillows, and when I arrived, they were already in the room. I recommend staying here.

Great roomsGreat service is not expensive and I will definitely stay there again. Rooms are clean you have all kinds of places to eat and drink, and it's all walkable. Friendly staff.Thank You for your hospitalityYous were great.

One of the major positive things about the motel is located in a town and its stay overnight ( price) cheaper then the fancy one.
