Just had the crew from True North out to core a couple windows. They did amazing working and are great to work with. Highly recommend if you ever need egress windows.

Dale and his installation team replaced my home’s original single-pane basement window with a modern, triple-glazed casement model. The removal, concrete cutting and reinstall action of the new new window was performed with precision and professionalism. True North’s work crew were friendly, responsive, and were conscientious about protecting my home and cleaning up after the job was completed. A very positive h9me renovation experience!

Our basement suite needed new windows to meet code. After several inquiries Dale responded and immediately inspected the site for the necessary renovations. Quotation that was given was fairly priced and project commenced and completed quickly the following day. We are very pleased with how it turned out! Dale, Dom, Wyatt, Steven and Mike were very professional. Thank you guys for a job well done!

Dale's communication and promptness was excellent and we are happy with how it all looked outside once complete. He even sent someone back on request to put one extra row of wood as it was left a little low to fix the grading issue.However minus a star because the workmanship on finishing the inside of the window was sub-par, and the messiness of the caulking caused more work for us than if they had left it raw. We thought it would be prepped ready to paint, but it was left more 'ready to cleanup mess'. I sent photos to Dale and he phoned me and said that that how they left it is correct and the norm, so I guess my expectations were wrong. So warning to others to set your expectations.

I put a request out there into Facebook land and several people recommended True North. I wanted a new basement window so I did not feel like I was working from home in a hole in the basement. I phoned Ryan Thursday, got the quote on Friday and got my new window installed on Monday. Ryan and the team of guys were professional and did a wonderful job. I am now working in what feels like a real room with a gorgeous new giant basement window. I am so happy!

True north (Mihir and his team) is great to work with. They did our basement window and replaced old window with new one. They finished the job in timely manner. I am fully satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend them!

Dale and his crew are fantastic to deal with! Great communication, fantastic service and just such a great job! I had Dale cut 4 egress windows in my basement two of which weren’t even windows at all and the others he widened significantly to great new rooms, all the work was fantastic and his team was great to deal with, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their basement windows or great legal bedrooms in their basements! Or to be honest, anything that Dale offers even though it wasn’t done at my place, great guy, fantastic work

I would definitely recommend this company.I saw their add on Facebook, as I was desperate when another contractor screwed me over and never answered my calls.Dale answered my message and called me back.He came back the next day and he gave me the estimate.He negotiated the price with me.After looking at the permit and the drawing, Dale promised to do the job without hesitation, as soon as the weather warmed up, he came with his crew.Dale worked honestly and efficiency in Timely manner. He went above and beyond and never asked over the agreed price.This man is honest and respects his words.

I’m looking for affordable and reliable company to do my window basement and I found Dominic in True North and concrete cutting. Dominic is passionate and knowledgeable to his work.
