The pharmacist and supporting staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to offer advice and caring service. We are very lucky to have them as part of our community!

The pharmacists are mostly friendly but the service is extremely slow every time. My doctor recently faxed in a prescription and it sat there for 8 hours before I finally had to go in and ask them to fill it. Then I waited for 40 minutes for it to be ready, except they didn't have one part of it, which no one had had time to prepare. Of the part that was filled, they had to take back one of the medications after I paid because they made a mistake and only gave me half the number of pills required. I went in the next day, 48 hours after my prescription arrived at the pharmacy, and still no one has gotten around to preparing the last part. To be in pain for two days because the pharmacy is busy is not ok. If they had let me know there would be that kind of delay I would have taken the prescription elsewhere and been helped much sooner.

Excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I went in to ask some questions about medication for my daughter and the pharmacist took the time to listen and answer my questions thoroughly. They even came up with an alternative to something that was out of stock. With a sick kid at home, I really appreciated the patience, professionalism, and creative problem solving.
