Wireless4u - Phone Repair Keswick

My husband Larry has used the services of Wireless4u several times over the last 2 years. First he had a charging port replaced, then a battery replaced and lately a water damage repair. Sue is so helpful on the phone, eventhough the phone is ringing constantly...and Christian and the other technicians go the extra mile to fix aproblem. AND they do not charge you if they can not fix it!

I’ve had my battery and screen changed on my iPhone. I have no complaints. Lol i guess my iPhone is half android now.

I brought my IPhone XR in to repair a broken screen. After repair the facial recognition feature wouldn’t work. I returned and Christian replaced the screen with original Apple glass they had on hand. The feature still did not work after a back up and factory reset. I returned to the store, and spoke to Sue. She said they would get it fixed up one way or another. Sue loaned me a phone to use for the afternoon.When I returned I spoke to another gentleman who explained that there was no way they could get the feature activated. I was totally blown away when he offered me a replacement phone at no cost.I accepted, now using a replacement XR that works mint! It is a used device, but same battery life and GB.You don’t find great service that that every day. Good on you Wireless4u

Fantastic service fixed in a couple of hours and reasonably priced turned out it was charger port.

Wow, 11 out of 10 on every scale. Customer Service, knowledge and price. Sue was just amazing with every customer before me and during my visit as she transferred my contacts etc. The follow up call a hour later to see if I needed a charging cable made me smile. Every person I know will hear about my story. Thank you Sue.Steve.

Ordered screen Monday. Said it be in Tuesday. Nope. Brought it in the Thursday. THEY ORDERED THE WRONG SCREEN. Picked up the phone - it’s not put together properly, NOT GLUED BACK TOGETHER! and I didn’t get my phone case back! MAKE IT RIGHT!
