I am very impressed with this company. When I called about my water issues, they sent a specialist the same day. A plan & proposal was made right away - with my input, & work started two weeks later. The crew was wonderful! This was a lot of hard, physical work, & the team did such a great job. They took the time to explain everything, & answered all my questions. Nice, friendly people, excellent service, problem solved. A big Thank You to Jorge, Vincent, Tommy, & Stephan!

Very positive experience with this company. Jorge explained everything that needed to be done - installing Power Braces in the basement. Very professional and patient. David and his team - sorry I don't know their names - were punctual, work was done on time, always explained what they were going to do, always answered my questions.Work was finished in 3 days as promised. The team cleaned up when they were done.I even had a callback from the company to ask if I was satisfied and if I had any questions or concerns. Very professional. I would definitely recommend Systemes Sous-sol.
