Arrogant young staff, a person can not walk around and choice what they want, have to tell the *staff* the name, brand, etc. of what you want just like 50+ years ago! Will NOT be returning, will be going else where!

Check the dates on your beer because they seem to move old stock as recommendations". I went here twice and each time I let the staff suggest some new beers to add to my purchase. Both times

It's very nice and they do serve you but easily 10+ more $ on any order, then you would get at 99% of other stores downtown

They make one hell of an IPA and the seasonals/special brews are fantastic. My only issue is that they don't ship to Alberta. Very informative and nice staff! Definitely checking in next time I'm in Vic!

You are not even allowed to look at the wine selection... all products are blocked from view, and the staff are not helpful. This is a terrible retail concept, predicated understandably by the rise in crime downtown. Such a nice wine selection, locked away.

You can't actually browse any of their product. Bit of a snobby way to do business, and not the way to encourage people to try new things. I suppose if you know exactly what you want it'd be ok, but seems a pretty bad way to run a liquor store.

Counter service only, you cannot browse the inventory. The prices are also quite high compared to other liquor stores in the area.

A full-service liquor store with good selection and nice staff.They carry a lot of local spirits, wines, ciders and beers which is also great.There was an older gentleman who was super nice and patiently helped us to choose what we wantedI believe they reorganized the interior and it’s much much better than when I visited last year. Now you have visibility to all the wines which was not the case before.Note that they are a bit overpriced than other liquor stores.
