I’ve been going to the Whitney Medical Clinic for over 5 years and the level of care and professionalism I’ve been shown has been consistent and positive.I moved away from the area and have had an extremely hard time finding another doctor’s office (finding a good family doctor is very difficult, especially doctors who actually care) and so I find myself still coming back to a clinic I trust.Dr. Raphael is knowledgeable and personable. He is incredibly committed to his patients and a genuinely good person. My health has been up and down for the past few years and after any appointment at this clinic I leave feeling at ease. The receptionist is thorough and professional.I’m so glad to have found this clinic!

I have been coming to this clinic for the last few years while completing school in Hamilton. Short waiting time for walk-ins. Dr. Raphael has been extremely kind and empathetic every visit. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides good patient care. Definitely my go-to clinic in the Mac area!

I have been going here for approximately 4 years!Provides excellent service. They’ve helped me get fast X-rays, ultra sounds etc!They always put the client first and are considerate of your financial position (especially when I was a student, and as an independent young adult).The secretaries/nurses are kind and gentle when you come and the environment is spacious and settled.The doctor here is very kind and wants to listen to you speak and hear about what ever your healthy concerns are.Thank you for reading! This clinic is an embarrassment to modern medicine. When they told a patient that the ailment was Laryngitis, the patient asked how long will I be contagious? The Doctor (Dr. Malik Raphael) responded with very. That same paying had also brought their child who told that it was just a common cold and nothing to worry about. Then to my dismay prescribed VentolinEhere exactly did he get his medical degree? Last I checked asmath inhalers don't aid or cure the common cold! On top of this when I called back to clarify the length of contingency I was meeting with awful social skills and unwarranted rudeness. The receptionist Natalie Lawson clearly was raised by horrible humans as she was bitter wouldn't allow me to speak then went on to completely ignore my question and misunderstanding what I was clarifying she simply huffed and hung up on me not once but twice then refused to answer the phone for the next ten minutes. If this is what passes for medical here in Ontario the. GoD HELP US ALL!

I have come to Whitney Medical Clinic for the last four Years since moving to this area.Everyone there from receptionists when entering to the doctor where pleasant and efficient.Dr Raphael is an excellent doctor. He is very understanding and listens to my concerns and he takes time to sincerely help with the health issues.He is always kind ,knowledgeable and trustworthyGreat Medical Clinic and open Saturdays .Two doors down from Medical Clinic there is a Pharmacy so I could fill out my prescription right away.I certainly recommend Dr Raphael and his staff at the Medical Clinic as well as Whitney Pharmacy to anyone in need

Everytime I hear someone complain about their family physician, I refer them to Dr. Raphael at Whitney Medical Clinic. He's extremely competent, trustworthy and is sincerely there to help you. His staff are the same way. He's certainly the best family doctor I have ever had and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The front desk is extremely helpful and polite, there is hardly any wait time compared to other walk in clinics. Dr.Raphael consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are met with a professional standard of care and is extremely personable.
