Techs R Us
We ended up at Techs R Us by mistake. Because of a mixup/error on our part, we thought we had an appointment at Techs R Us, but it was at a different auto repair shop. The owner, who was obviously busy, took the time to help us figure out what shop we really did have an appointment at. . He knew we were not his customers, but spent at least 30 minutes of his time to help us. He even googled the directions to where we really had to be. The caring character of the owner says a lot! Outstanding customer service and we weren’t a customer.

Thorough, honest, reasonable as far as auto repair goes. They go the extra mile and explain things. Did not suggest work that another garage said was needed even though I told them of supposed issue in advance. That's the kind of thing that builds trust

Great shop prices are ok but the guys are fair.They do try their best to help you in anyway pick up and drop off is a nice thing they do.

Not impressed you didn't call me back when your tire repair was still leaking. 3rd time I called you. You said I had a second hole in my tire when I brought it back the 2nd time. In yet when I brought it to another place they showed me you put 2 plugs in one hole and it was still leaking. Will never go back nor give your place a referral.

Colin was very helpful; this is the only place I'd get the oil changed. Plus they can ably handle whatever else your car needs done.This locally owned company cares about its customers and has my complete trust.
