The black hair pharmacist is rude and absolutely unprofessional. She made multiple mistakes on my proof of vaccination, and when confronted, she told me with attitude that she doesn't have time to show me the way to get the correct proof. Even if you don't know the issue, you don't have to be rude?! I have never encounter such terrible attitude at other pharmacies, and I am genuinely surprised that such a behavior is tolerated here!

I will not recommend this pharmacy . The pharmacy employees should be very polite but not at this location stay away i don't need any apologies from the owner because not going to change my opinion i give them more than 2 chance to correct them self but did not want through

I am reading the lowest reviews and see that some (cashiers?) have been rude? I have been going to this pharmacy for 15+ years and have NEVER had a rude cashier at the exit doors. However, I have had rudeness on several encounters from the owner. Ever since she took over from the retired Pharmacist, I have not enjoyed getting advise/ information from her. As of late, I asked about N95 masks and she was impatient and unprofessional !

Been using this pharmacy for over 30 years. For the past year, I've dealt with Therese & staff with health issues. I have always had good information, compassion & caring for us. Such a positive experience. In my opinion, they often deal with ill people & when not well, we may tend to be impatient & rude so that is very difficult for the staff to handle. Called to get an information about a medication and the woman who answered the phone at the pharmacy was so kind and helpful. Even if I couldnt pronounce the medication I was calling for. She was so patient and friendly. Thank you.

I've never had a bad experience going here for my medication. Every one works so fast and efficiently and I always leave this place smiling. They do an amazing job at the pharmacy, they are always attentive and make sure everything is done properly. I would also like to congratulate Sarah V for always making me have a great experience! This Jean Coutu knows what they are doing!

I’ve been reading many reviews with very low scores about this pharmacy, especially with regards to the new owner, I find that people have the right to air their opinions about their personal experiences in public to all the patrons that utilize this establishment, which in turn will set an expectation to others that read these reviews and make a bias towards the new pharmacist. It would be nice if these same reviewers spoke directly to the persons concerned and let them know how they feel about they are being treated.I am happy to have a pharmacy in Beaconsfield near where I live and have been going to for over 20 years and that has always stayed opened and served our community even during the pandemic and even with all the staffing issues.A very big thank you to all the Staff and new owner for all the great work and dedication to our community. I truly appreciate all you’ve done!

The owner and staff constantly exceed my expectations. Always friendly, courteous and efficient, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Rude pharmacist at consultation. Spoke foreign language in front of me, laughed in my face. This happened several times over the last few months. Extremely unprofessional.
