Be very cautious this store and the manager send phony texts that say you you have to rush into the store to take care of a phone you purchased from them. It’s really duplicitous as we never ever once have been to this store. I called to complain and the manager threatened to close my Roger’s account (Ha!) insulted me and hung up. Worst part they texted a dead person!! No apology just derision. The manager should fired trying to get commissions by ROGERS please address this store.P.s. the manager is obnoxious and not very bright so don’t try reasoning just report him to Rogers.

Did a device upgrade and was told to bring my old phone back to the Rogers store in order to not have to pay for it. This store said they couldn't take it back. I called Rogers and they are telling me they can't issue a return kit and the store was supposed to take it. So now I have to go back to this one or to the one in Vaudreuil to get it sorted. It shouldn't be this hard.

Such a great experience at this location! Nav seemed to really to care that I was happy with my plan and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. He really knew his stuff and was incredibly patient with explaining the more complicated aspects of my contract. Thank you Nav! Very happy to be a Rogers customer today :)

Alejandro helped me with setting up my phone plan at Rogers! His service absolutely exceeded my expectations! We were absolutely delighted to work with him! His kindness, patience and overall ability to clearly explain my plan and answers to my questions was absolutely refreshing! This was certainly appreciated especially after a 4 hour disaster call with Telus’ customer services. Very very happy! Thanks again Alejandro!!

some people just dont want to work and the manager at this facility is just that person. BRUTAL service, lost at every question. Called customer service and they opened our account right away. SStay away from this store

Ibrahim was wonderful to deal with. He jumped right in to help me as soon as I walked in and was very friendly from start to finish.I had my phone replaced quickly with all my data transferred and he gave me the costs upfront.Thank you!
