Went there for my birthday supper and was told as we went in there was about a 15 minute wait to be seated which was fine being Friday evening and all .. so we sat and waited as did a few more people behind us .. so after waiting 40-45 minutes a woman comes in and the waiter being a young boy greets her and we over hear him saying I’ll get u in .. ok so was that fair after we people waiting patiently about 45 minutes and still not seated and this woman comes in and is seated ahead of us in 5 minutes.. NO . I’m assuming it was his relations .. anyway with that being said so much as we wanted to have and celebrate my birthday supper there we left after waiting 45 minutes… and encountering this situation.. We do enjoy going to Jungle Jim’s but we do except to be treated equally … a sorry at least for this past experience and teach those little boys about not taking preference in their customer service..Thank u !

It was good. Typical chain food restaurant. Food was ok, kinda bland. Service was a little slow.

Our waitress was incredibly kind, food was amazing, fast service, the restaurant is very clean, and i could go on. Overall my favourite place to eat

Staying at the Comfort Inn Corner Brook. We stopped at Jungle Jim’s extensive pub type menu. We had the Cajun Shrimp Caesar Salad. Onion soup and balsamic house salad. Both are shown. Both nicely prepared and tasty. The staff are great and the restaurant is always very busy. We enjoyed our experience and will repeat. Thanks

I went by myself. Was seated with a menu. And that's the end of my experience. I sat there till I almost fell asleep. 45 minutes later I had to get up and leave before I fell asleep at the table as everyone's orders that was seated before and after me were taken and I was overlooked. I dunno if I was invisible or I blended in with the fish tank but thanks for making me feel insignificant. I left and walked to the closest restaurant. Got served immediately and they had less people working and more people seated. Needless to say the waitress here will be getting my big tip. I'm not a small spender by no means. Thanks for nothing jungle jims
