I've purchased a laptop back in September 2017 and I don't believe in writing a review until at least 6 months to give a real picture of the product and the business. I'm also not the one to write a strong review unless I believe the business deserves it.First most, I'm very happy with my purchase. I got a great deal and have been very happy with the HP laptop. To date, it has given me no problems and I use it on a daily basis.The salesperson (possibly the owner), sorry forgot his name, a young person, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions effectively and knew the product very well. I did not feel any pressure to buy it. Originally, my state of mind was to only go in and look, but I had to buy it as the deal was really good. I searched over Google and saw this store had the one the prices (even better than the big stores).I just want to end by saying thank you for the great deal. I'll definitely recommend my friends and family to buy their next laptop here as the whole sales process from start to end was very positive.

terrible store. the employee is very rude. super long wait times. the quality of the repairs are not even that good. The worst part is that if you look at the responses to the one star reviews, the owner speaks with such disrespect. This place does not have the “Customer is always right” policy. If a business listens to its own ego rather than the customer, then the business is bound to decline. If customers are complaining, FIX THE ISSUE. Stop retaliating and thinking it’s going to make them happy. Also, if you check this guys responses, he even sometimes make fun of customers English. What kind of business owners talks to people like this? Take your money elsewhere, any electronic repair store can outperform this place. It has been a while since I been to this place. i am writing a review now so the owner doesn’t reveal my sitautuon and embarrass me like he always does with other reviews .

Came in to purchase a tablet that was listed as having 4gb of ram. Walked in to find out its only 2gb. Old man is very rude and tells me they made a mistake and there's nothing they can do, with a condescending tone of course. I drove 25 minutes each way because of their lack of knowledge/transparency. Well never go there again and I suggest you stay away if you don't want to be cheated and waste your time.

Gave them a call to ask about a monitor they had posted on Kijiji, The guy was so careless about talking to me. I mentioned to him that Best Buy is selling the same monitor at a much cheaper price and all he said was OK. I ignored it and asked if he had anything in a lower price range, without even checking he said NO immediately. Terrible customer service would not recommend shopping here!

I printed documents here when my printer had issues, and bought some ink that they backordered for me (special model, not in stock). Good experience with the owner and son. Saw other customers buying some screen protectors; overall a good place to check out.

I write this 5 star review about Sheridan Computers with great pleasure because of many reasons:I have purchased 3 laptops and one smart phone from them since 2015 (one laptop purchased in 2015, another in 2017, another one in 2020, and my phone purchased in 2020).To this very day, I am very satisfied with all my purchases. These laptops and my smart phone have never let me down. The after sale service is just out of this world.I only had one very minor problem with the first laptop that I purchased. I couldn't figure out how to pair my Bluetooth mouse with the first laptop. I took it back to the store and the owner, Tariq, went out of his way to help me. It turned out it was a setting issue and he went above and beyond to help me pair my Bluetooth mouse. I never experienced outstanding service anywhere else. He showed me how to pair Bluetooth devices. Normally at other places, you buy something and you're on your own. He called me the next day to ensure everything if everything with my laptop is going smoothly.From here and moving forward, I'm only buying my computers and accessories from Sheridan Computers. When compared to other retailers, they have very fair prices (I have compared prices). When it comes to quality, I don't think anyone else would compare to them.I only write reviews if I feel a business goes above and beyond, and this computer shop certainly did. You guys rock!!! Keep up the outstanding work you do daily.

My daughter went with her Laptop issue. Well whatever reason your unable to resolve Mr Sheridan Computers you never respond' Take your business some where else or buy a new Laptop'. And like your other responses to clients comments I am not blackmailing you or ruining your reputation. Have a more respectful response .If your around for many years your surviving or you haven't got wiser over the years.

DO NOT recommend going here… customer service is absolutely terrible. Bought a phone case and tempered glass screen protector here. The case itself came with a film screen protector in its description. However, when I got home to open the packaging, there was no film screen protector, just the case. I came back an hour later explaining my predicament and asked for the film screen protector. The staff wouldn’t give me what I paid for rationalizing, “Why would I give you this when you already purchased a tempered glass one.” Well… I PAID FOR IT. They only acquiesced after I brought my parents in to advocate for me. Buying a phone case should never be this tedious or cumbersome.
