Awesome service and they were able to fit me in without an appointment. Im from the UK and the concept of barber appointments is rather alien to me.The service was hugely attentive and friendly. Definitely very impressed with my first ever time of using a barber in Canada!

Farrah is fantastic! I've had her a few times now and her service and attention to detail have been great. The first time I saw her I recommended something that didn't work well after a couple weeks with a stubborn cowlick I have in the back and the next time I went in she suggested a cut that's been working great ever since. Always have a very nice conversation with her during the trim too.

I went in for my first straight razor shave and it was amazing. Not only did i come out looking fresh, i fell asleep when the hot towel hit my face. If not for the snoring im sure they would have let me nap. I have a bachelor party coming up and we are definitely using there group room. Thanks for the awesome experience Sam, looking forward to coming back!

This place is boss. Looks brand new, with an old school barber shop feel as the staff are very customer service friendly/savvy and you can tell the clients enjoy their time.Reasonably priced cuts with hair wash and scalp massage! Left with a great cut and feeling relaxed!I may have gotten the best fade of life when I saw Kelly-Ann a few weeks back. I’m seeing her again tomorrow and don’t plan on going anywhere else any time soon!Keep it up people!

Best service ever. Everyone is so professional and talented. This is my go-to place, and I’m a VIP member so get my own private room and a nice boozy bevie when I go. Highly recommend!My last visit was with Kristina, who expertly coloured my hair blonde. She was friendly, informative, and did such an amazing job.

I haven't been here for a few years as I moved and didn't like paying for parking to have a haircut. Returned on a recommendation.What I liked: the shampoo service although the shampooer could have had more aggression. Felt like limp noodles for the process. Like she didn't care to be there. I liked the straight razor neck shave that most places charge extra for. I like the ease and convenience of booking online. People were pleasant. Nice atmosphere.What I didn't like: The hairdresser didn't pay attention to what I wanted (even after showing photos of what I wanted) and I ended up looking like every other guy with a cheap barber cut. More attention to what the customer wants and the ability to follow through would help your rating. Might update if I return but for now not happy with the cookie cutter experience. Although the hairdresser claimed they are not a cookie cutter establishment. Indeed they are. It felt like to me that they want to push you out of the way as fast as they can so they capitalize on profit margins against time.Maybe the hairdresser I had was hungry as it was over lunch,but that shouldn't matter. Plan to the break to eat, that's OK, but maybe don't schedule anyone so you can eat comfortably.

I received a call from Sam the Managerat Best Of Seven Barbers Bowvalley. That i've learned has NO TRADE TRAINING IN THE BARBER/STYLEST FIELD informing me my barber Kristina who's been my barber for yrs. no longer works there & wanted to rebook with a new barber.This is the craziest call I've ever gotten from a business & the shocking behavior from a MANAGER to disclose EMPLOYMENT STATUS TO KRISTIN'S CUSTOMERS! CORPRATE NEEDS TO STEP IN & DEAL WITH THIS TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR FROM THIER MANAGEMENT STAFF AFTER THIS CALL I'LL NOT EVER STEP FOOT IN TO ANY OF THIS COMPANIES SHOP S AGAIN.(ATT GEOFF CORPRATE)

My first time in this business and what a great experience! I often struggle with explaining my cut and I highly recommend Cohen who managed to turn an absolute disaster of a head into a styling hair-do like it was magic! If you are considering other options for barbers I highly suggest thinking again. You have definitely made me a regular thank you for your great customer service, skills, and professionalism.
