Very poor, this company has become a fashion statement and less of an outdoor company. Having been in the outdoor retail industry for a number of years I have sold and warrantied many brands including arcteryx, I fully understand what is the life span of a product, I was told that arcteryx products are highly durable, which to my surprise a jacket (not a fleece) the proton LT started pilling after 8months of use. According to the arcteyrx rep this is normal. If this is the case I will be advising everyone I know to stay away from arcteyrx products

I have always liked Arc'Teryx quality and design, and the fact that they are locally designed.I used to be more proud to wear the brand.Being in their new store I found very disappointing overall. The brand is now aiming for high-end customers and almost high-fashion with their Veilance line that seems to dominate half the store.Sustainability, grassroots, and targeting those who spend real time in nature seems to be secondary now to high-fashion, trendy and status-seeking customers.I am much more interested now in Patagonia, 7Mesh and other outdoor brands who seem to be doing a better job of walking the walk.I miss the old Arc'Teryx.

The gold standard for ski clothing. The staff here are super helpful and have saved the day with repairs. Staff are knowledgeable and are eager to find the product best suited to your use case. If they don't have it in stock, they help you get it. Could use more wool insulation. I'm not a fan of synthetic insulation.The shoes have held up way better than any other outdoor shoes I've bought from anyone.

ArcTeryX carries tons of high quality outdoor sport clothes and accessories.The store is mice and clean.The staff is super friendly and helpful.I’m happy with the winter jacket I purchased. Keeps me warm and quality is really good!Keep it up guys!Highly recommended.

Very poor service, the staff is indifferent and barely reach out to offer help. I purchased a gift card and they even don’t have an envelope for the gift cards. The store experience doesn’t match the brand identity and price range. I waited 15 min next to the payment station, and no one approached to ask if I need help. I left leaving the items I wanted to try because I felt that the brand with poor service doesn’t deserve my money.

On-site, experts will perform light-touch repairs, technical washing and re-waterproofing right before your eyes, while bigger fixes get sent off with a maximum wait of three days.
