They can be counted on to show up when they say they will, and I trust them in my home.It’s a wonderful thing to be greeted after a work day by a sparkling clean house that is done to my standards. They have seen us through two kids, pets, visitors, extra cleaning after parties etc. and have always aimed to please – the very small number of concerns I have had in 13+ years were resolved immediately.Any time I have friends/family looking for some help at home I send them to MopSpot.Five stars, highly recommend.

I have worked with Kate Maxwell and the MopSpot team for over 15 years. There are so many reasons I have maintained this professional friendship for over a decade. They are considerate, respectful, diligent, consistent and a crucial part of my family.Kate and the Team respect my preferences and align with my meticulous standards of housekeeping. I always receive a prompt response when there are changes to my needs and house hold activities. I have had several cats during this time and never worried about the safety or wellbeing of my critters when the Team was in my house. Several times there have been last minute changes or renovations and Kate always responded promptly and accommodated adjustments to timeline. I have referred their services to friends and family often.

I have used Kate and Mopspot for over 15 years and I have to say that I am always pleased and never disappointed. The work ethic is impeccable. Even my husband commented that he has never seen chrome shine this brilliant. THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN CLEAN AS GOOD AS ME AND I AM OCD. KATE HAS PROVED ME WRONG, LOL. I moved away to another province for 3 years and THERE WAS NO ONE EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT MOPSPOT PROVIDES. I recently moved back to Calgary and started back with Kate and her team AND SHE HAS NOT DEVIATED FROM HER WORK ETHIC AND CLEANING STANDARDS. I will always recommend her service and have done so to many of my friends and family who are still using the service for years . I STAND BY HER BUSINESS.

We needed cleaners as we were moving into a condo rental and the place was clearly not cleaned properly beforehand. Another company cancelled on us last minute so I called MopSpot and they jumped in to the rescue and got us in early next day.It was pretty disgusting inside – stuck on dust, grime, hair, urine behind the toilet, etc.They were very accommodating and understanding of exactly what needed to be done. They were also extremely thorough and efficient. We used the deep clean service and that's exactly what we got. Every surface was touched – the place feels like it's brand new. Not a single thing was missed, it's perfect top to bottom.I highly recommend MopSpot and will never go with any other cleaning company moving forward.

Excellent work completed throughout our two bedroom, two bath condo. Nicole was on time and easy to talk to. Highly recommended for that extra clean job!

We have Kate doing our two, three bedroom condos in Canmore. The cleaning has been superior from the start and hasn't faltered. Deep Clean was laughable, not much more than a standard. One of the staff told me rudely to go sit down, in my home!? I requested someone else for the next clean0. The next cleaner spent most of her time on the phone. She was a co owner. Missed cleaning spots on the stove burners and under the light on the stove front. Told me she would take care of it next time" That did not happen. Third cleaner was pretty good. She made a good effort

Kate and her team look after our Airbnb in Dead Man’s Flats. We are from Edmonton - so it’s important to us that we have trustworthy, reliable staff entering and exiting our unit since we cannot be there all the time.The communication is effortless, the job is always done quickly and on time. I would highly recommend Mopspot for all your cleaning needs!

I was given a MopSpot clean as a GIFT (which, by the way is a great idea). The house looked and smelled beautiful. My bath tub was literally glistening. All my open shelving was properly dusted and all the objects and dust bunnies lost under my bed were taken care of.But I really knew it was a good, thorough clean because of how well it held up. For the next two weeks (until my next clean) my house was just so much easier to maintain. I had no worries about a short notice or unexpected guest because it just really held up. I just had my second clean and am equally impressed.It is obvious MopSpot takes pride and care in their work which I really value. Can’t recommend highly enough.
