Rent-A-Center

I went to rent a center because I rented from them years ago and was completely happy with their service. Until I wanted to rent years later went to Pine Ave in the Falls. Had all my delivery and payment set I wanted to add a electric stove . She proceeded to tell me they won't rent the stove me unless I make 6 to 8 payments to them for my bed I said are you serious if that's the case I will be canceling my order . She said ok that's fine . To make a good customer take their business elsewhere is completely absurd and quite frankly unprofessional and a complete lack of costumer service on making their customers happy. Thanks for showing your true colors I will NEVER do business with Rent a center again.

It hasn’t been a very good experience and I’m almost sure I’m being ripped off about the bed I never signed an agreement for it being this much. I am thinking about taking this to court

Paying for stuff I don’t have lack of communication can drive around but not bring me my stuff stole my bedroom before marked it down as delivered and never got it

Didn’t receive item until 4 hours after scheduled delivery, also called me on multiple occasions demanding a payment that was made and once they realized it was taken care of did not apologize for there mistakes and was rude to me about it

Son in law works for rent a center. On 2240 pine ave in Niagara Falls, n.y. just learned today that a co worker was diagnosed with covid. He has a 2 year old child at home with a heart condition. Co worker was not feeling well, but manager over that location threaten her job if she did not come in. By the way managers name is Anthony Q. He needs to be fired, he is playing with people's lives because he wants to fill important and flex his muscles. -- Ms. Russell

I ordered a bed set and it was supposed to get delivered today the manager claims he called me but I was at work and if we agreed 5-7 on Tuesday I would expect that no different so then I call the manager repeats everytime I call that the delivery guys where going to come tonight mind you I have a pregnant person who sleeps in the bed a night and have to sleep on the floor due to the unprofessional work that was done I never received my bedroom set and now my 8 month pregnant sister is sleep on the floor because of this

It was rough at the beginning I got a few rude responses but anyone at work can get irritable especially when the work is difficult. They moved in my stove, forgot a piece but came back to hook it up when it was convenient for both parties. Went above and beyond moving in a huge refrigerator in my small apartment and I just admire the work ethic. Anyone else probably would have given up trying to get it in here. They’re decent people.

I’m not happy at all I have been waiting for a part for my fridge over a year and my main location was on pine the management was awful it seem like there was a new manager every month and now that location has closed now I’m dealing with the pine ave location I told them my problem with the other location and guy was nice he said he would put in order for part and he said 3 weeks and 3 weeks I called and I was told that the part was never ordered if they could not get this part than I should of receive a different refrigerator and now I will be paid off this month and still haven’t received the part I’m so upset

They have always polite when you rent something they back up their stuff and always there to help
