It says the store closes at 10 pm, we went to drive through about 9:25 pm and get a coffee. They had a few baked good so we thought we will go inside to get some of them. At 9:29pm they locked the door and when an employee saw us asked “what’s wrong”. I asked them is the store closed they told no it will be closed. They removed every bakes good by 9:30 pm. The staff are also rude.

Convenient location on a busy stretch of Loch Lomand Mall. Small store front with limited seating. Drive through can get busy. Seemingly well managed as traffic gets through quickly.

Charged us twice for a hot beverage despite saying they refunded the first one.Coffee is always way too sweet compared to other Tims around.Slow service, would not recommend.

absolutely awful chain. closed 40 minutes before listed on Google, love wasting my time. hope they phase out this joke of a company. Uninstalled app, I'll give my service to a professional company like Starbucks and pay the few extra bucks. never been disappointed by a store so many times. sad, Tim's used to he great. oh well, everything dies with time :)

Staff doesn't seem to care for experience of customers that come inside. An ice capp and wrap took me 5min to order because no one would come to the cash and then was a further 7min to be given my order. The food isn't great so this just makes it nearly intolerableEdit: the only staff member that did care was the one on sandwich bar, which is one of the most demanding stations.

staff was either not paying attention or dumb enough to put sauce on my wrap after i stated NO SAUCE three times, those things are almost 10$ , make it properly.it was also at like 3:30 pm ish, there were two cars in front of me and NONE behind, they were slow not busy at all so no excuse.
