I just had the pleasure of experiencing the easiest move in my life!Arrived exactly on time and prepared my furniture in a super careful way, above and beyond my expectations.Signature Moving came highly recommended and I’m so glad I decided to use them.The hardworking men were personable and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer bunch :)The cost was really reasonable and I definitely got great service.Will I be recommending them? You’d better believe it!

((WARNING))DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANYContacted Signature moving for a move from Burnaby to Surrey on September the 22nd 2022. The movers showed up at roughly around 9:00 or 10:00 and were finished moving at about 1:00 p.m. 3 movers were there, all of them were very courteous and helpful. There were other people helping as well that I assumed were friends of the movers, these people were helping to load the truck.One of the movers made a comment about how many shoes I had, I didn't really think anything of it at the time. So once I got settled at the new place I had to go through all of the boxes to make sure I had every pair. After unpacking and going through all of my boxes repeatedly I realized a pair of Infrared dunks & Air Jordan 11's have gone missing.Not just any pair of 11's, this was a pair that I have had for over 15 years and never intended to wear, these are collector shoes. They were even left in the Foot Locker bag they were purchased in for easy identification! Whoever took them knew exactly what they were doing, they stole the most expensive pair of shoes that I own, they sell now for over $650. These shoes cannot be replaced and I am extremely angry about this.Contacted someone at Signature moving 3 weeks ago to let them know about what happened and was told that they would look into it and investigate the issue, since then I have heard nothing back from them.I chose Signature moving based on their reviews and feel incredibly let down by this experience.(UPDATE)Was contacted by management and offered $400. That won't even cover the duty and import fees, the total to get these shoes will be over $1000.I was told they can't do anything else and I will have to file a police report. Guess what? Police recommend I take the matter to small claims court, costing me more money.This is how they treat customers with stolen items, management told me to put myself in their shoes" after they stole my shoes. These people are scumbags.Signature Moving has thieves working for them! Management will not compensate you for items over 400$ They are professional scammers.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH COLLECTIBLE ITEMS."

Moved from a 5 x 10 x 10 foot storage unit into an apartment. Would use these movers in the future. Same rate for weekdays versus weekends, they had lots of availability in their schedule, showed up early, accepted convenient e-transfers for payment, and overall did a great job! They sent 3 movers which made the whole move easier on everyone.Cost was $820 total and well within the quote we were given. The rate we were given was $179 per hour, + fuel surcharge + 1 hour travel time with a 3 hour minimum charge. There's a $100 deposit required up front that counts towards your bill.Nothing was damaged and they were very careful and professional and wore masks when asked by our new, immunocompromised landlords. Our landlords had strict rules and were very happy with the care and level of respect shown.The movers tried their best, but our stupidly sized couch didn't fit in our new apartment (we were not surprised by this at all and appreciated the effort). The couch was left by the dumpster behind our building. After calling the moving company, they offered to dump it for $100, which was super convenient for us and we were very grateful.Also, our storage unit had a weird, 3rd party cable lock put on and the movers coordinated with the storage facility and attempted to help us remove it with the limited tools we all had.Only suggestion is I would have liked if they put mats down or wore shoe covers in our apartment. One of the movers wore their shoes and tracked a little bit of mud around on the tiles and carpets, the other two removed their shoes. Not a big deal and I didn't ask them too because I didn't want to make things difficult for them, I just wish they'd thought of it or done it as part of their moving procedure.

We had a very big and complicated move. Signature was very good at anticipating what we'd need and providing the manpower necessary for the job. The movers were courteous, cheerful and careful with our stuff. And it was a reasonable price considering how much we were moving.
