Don’t use online ordering if you want your sandwich with the proper toppings. Mine had black olives instead of pickles, not sure how you mess that one up but okay. They also didn’t toast the sandwiches that were meant to be toasted.

The service is terrible, they try very hard to short you on sandwich fillings. From the meat to the veggies. They ask what you'd like and don't listen to what you want anyway.

I love subway.I DO NOT love *this* Subway and we won't be going back.I have no idea what's going on in there but something isn't right.A few months back, we got subs with mold spots on the bread. It tasted off and after examination I found the fuzzy, little blueish spots on them.Now today BOTH hubby and I have ended up with swollen lips immediately after eating their subs.DONT GO HERE!

Most of the staff work hard non stop. Some are very disorganized and you wait for absolutely no reason. Very hit or miss.

Food was awesome....service was good and the atmosphere was ok but the restaurant itself for cleanliness was very disappointing. I go to this location everytime I'm here and to be 100% honest the tables are always dirty. All of them. Also each time I'm there a worker is always sweeping and mopping around our table when the entire restaurant is empty and needs tending to so while I'm trying to enjoy my lunch why not go to another area of the restaurant and sweep or mop till we leave. Just my opinion.

I think this is the best Subway I've ever been to. I can't be 100% sure cause I've been to a lot but I'm pretty sure. First time I went to this location, it was packed with a lineup around the dining area and potential customers leaving because they didn't want to wait in such a long lineup. You can only get to this many customers all at once because of the quality of your product. The second time I went, I was alone in the restaurant until another customer walked in half way through my order being completed. Both times we're no different however in the quality of my food and the type of service I received. The staff here can really work under pressure and adapt to different situations and the level of quality of the food and the customer service does not change from one visit to another regardless of how busy it is. Top quality product at this location in all aspects.

Terrible staff . Asked for the new Maplewood smoked bacon and ham just got bacon and ham . There was even a new" sticker next to the item on the menu. Why call it new if it isn't . I even asked about the "maplewood smoked" part and he said. " I don't know why they named it that " . And he was in charge that day ! I asked for his boss and he wrote down a fake name and number for me . Nobody there cares .They'll probably just get worse since there's no way to officially complain about it ."

I recently acquired terrible food poisoning that lasted from 12 am to 6 am, vomiting all night, to the point I saw blood in my vomit for the first time. This happened after having a chicken teriyaki sub, now realizing the food poisoning was due to the chicken not being stored in the correct, safe temperature range and became infected with bacteria. I went in around 4:30 pm to grab a quick bite before work, and I'm assuming the chicken I had was the same chicken that was prepared and stored at store opening, many hours earlier. That many hours not stored in a refrigerator will cause the chicken to contract dangerous bacteria. For the sake of my health, I won't be eating here anymore.
