Everything was fine during the sale of a used car. During the process we were told that if there were any problems that we had a month to contact them to let them know. We noticed in the first week that there were multiple places where the rubber around the doors was coming off and that one of the mud guards was coming off. Simple repairs for a garage to do and they have all the right pieces on hand. We waited two weeks to get an appointment and they told us that they wouldn't do the repair beacuse it was only aesthetic.Honestly, how much would it have cost you to just do it? A few cents and it wouldn't even have taken half and hour. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again.

I bought a used Mazda 3 from Barnabé Mazda a few weeks ago and overall it was a great experience! The entire buying process was made very easy and fast. Martin the salesman was very friendly and was responsive when communicating during the buying process. On the day of delivery, Dean was very patient with me as I had to run to the bank nearby. Coming from Montreal was a bit far for me, but I think it was definitely worth coming here. Merci boucoup!

Really great customer service! I talked with Rémi (sales rep) and he treated me like I was an important customer even though I was only buying a used car that was traded in. The car had 2 known issues, some rust on the inside of the car and a weird noise when braking. Both issues were resolved just as they said they would, free of charge. I highly recommend this dealer.

Just went in there this week, I spoke to a salesman named Daniel. Very nice, honest, and quite helpful with everything I needed. Never felt pressured at all and felt quite comfortable. Great customer service from him and the staff there.Because of the service I received, I am recommending to anyone I know that are loojing at a new car to go there.Best customer service I received while getting a new car!
