Decided to walk in for a little pick me up after a bad birthday weekend and Chloe truly went above and beyond to make sure i walked out with a huge smile on my face. thank you chloe!! you absolutely made my day!!

A nice place to bring your kids to spend an hour or two making their unique stuffed animals. Staff are friendly, price is reasonable

Build-A-Bear Workshop
Staff are very friendly and helpful. During the craze for the Cinnamoroll build-a-bear there was an extremely rude customer who was scalping the cinnamorolls and going through the entire bin of the skins. I tried to get one and he snatched it back from me and kept hogging and removing all the skins out. The staff noticed this immediately and politely, but firmly told him to stop. I was very thankful that they noticed and intervened.

I wanted to say thank you to the staff, especially Chloe who took all the time on a busy Sunday afternoon to make this visit a lovely, very special experience for my daughter and her friend. The way she talked to the children and how she helped them create their stuffy was beautiful.

My partner got me my Oogie Boogie as part an anniversary gift and I am so in love. Not my first build a bear, I have their Star Wars collection from 6 years ago but they look almost new.

Amazing experience! We had asked permission to go in to the Build A Bear store with our doggy who is now 13yrs.old to re create photo's of when she was only a few months old and when my daughter's Nana was alive. She had unfortunately passed away last year, & the manager had told us Of course"! "Not a problem in the least"! YaaaaY!! So we had gone in

It was my daughter's first time a Build A Bear, we went for the birthday Bear (where you pay how old you are) and there were a bunch of other kids also getting that Bear! She loved the experience and really loved the Bear! Can't wait to visit again soon

Build-A-Bear Workshop
Great fun, especially when you get the birthday bear and only pay the child's age. The staff were lovely and really help the kids get into the experience. The bill goes up fast when you're picking out clothes and accessories. My daughter loves hers so much, I think she's asleep next to it.
