Good by Taco Bell standards. The no left turn out of the store is really obnoxious. I'm sure that isn't the store's fault, but it is still an annoyance that comes with a visit to this place if you need to get back on 104 or head North.

Okay, picture this. It is 2pm on a Friday and I am motorcycling around the freeway trying to find a bike lane. Then, I come across a sudden urge to devour food at a medium-low pace. So i hop back on my Harley and scoot 4 minutes to Taco Bell. I downed 13 Bean Burritos with a custom guacamole with more lime juice than lemon juice in about 15 minutes. I feel much better after that, or recharged if you will, And i hop back on my bike. As I reach the area near the great lakes, my stomach suddenly jolts. I feel a turtle head poking out, churning in my intestines ready to fly. Eventually, I reach a point where I can not hold it in and lined myself up with ontario. After that, the brown avalanche crashed out. I flew over lake ontario, fueled by my bodily waste, and successfully made it to canada in 2 minutes of flying.

I pulled into the drive through Saturday night maybe a couple cars ahead of me, and I waited literally 20 minutes I regret even going here how do they take this long I go to this location because east ridge always takes forever and has a huge line but there was one car at the window for a good 15 minutes I would have just gone somewhere else I was shocked they where this slow maybe new staff or something I have no idea. They did give a coupon for a free taco on the next purchase but I really don’t understand how you are not prepared for a couple cars on a Saturday night. Who is running this place ? Very poor wait time and I know they have timers on the inside they definitely failed on that I turned my car off in the drive though because I didn’t want to waste gas.

Horrible service even with some being polite they move too slow no consideration people working as if they don't care about customers. More than 5 employees but food takes more than 25 minutes to be made. More concerned with drive through orders while people inside wait ridiculous amounts of time. 25 plus minutes for broken tacos and I never got my volcano burrito with steak

First off… I love me some Taco Bell. The Hard Rd. TB Is just terrible. I had about 8 guys out working at my house today so I thought I’d order a couple family packs for the guys! $60 worth to be exact. Look at the picture. All of them were like this or worse. So disappointing. I understand it’s fast food but come on people. Take some pride in your work. We pay for a product and we got this…. Not to mention, they just threw it all 30 in a big paper bag. They were supposed to be boxed, no? The kicker??? No sauces. We have 30 tacos with no sauces, which of course we asked for. Come on Hard Rd TB!!! Be better!!!!

While I was ordering food, all I could get from the back was the fbombs and n word flying out of multiple crew members mouth. Going off about how someone ordered six tacos and calling them names the whole way through. It was loud and rude and very derogatory. Food was good though and the restaurant was clean though.

4 Sept '21Seriously! CLOSED At 3:10 PM!!!ON A SATURDAY!!!I'm not coming back!!30 Jul '21 I was very disappointed in not only the service (no one available to take my order for ten minutes) but the dinning area was a unmitigated disaster, trash was on the floor and the tables were not washed. The drink area had spills all over it. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back any time soon!!

This location is constantly closing early. Items are never made following corporate standards (doritos logos tacos are always crushed because they refuse to use the cardboard jackets)... for grubhub and doordash orders... there is no point in ordering sauce, because they will not give it to you. This location should have been open until 1am. Myself and 3 other cars were turned away well before 1. It is always worth it to go across town to the taco bell on Empire. At the empire location, I have never had a single issue. They are very professional are the new Empire road location.

i come here all the time and get a cheesy gordita crunch. today i ordered one and it was missing the flatbread wrap. i had to call the store 4 times before someone finally answered and when they did, i explained the problem and they took my name and offered to make me a new one next time i come back. i’m grateful they’re fixing it however i wish they would make phone calls a priority.

Taco bell really has a gem working their drive thru window. The employee (I can't remember her name) really made the wait tolerable. She was friendly, professional and funny. The food was consistent and good.
