The personnel were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. AMS went the extra mile to get me the perfect tires for my Porsche Macan. The tire alignment and installations were perfect. I spoke with Jim over the phone and was inquiring about wheel balancing. Jim said we may need to set an appointment since they are booked. I asked Jim if it was possible for them to check my tires first if it was up for replacement. He just told me to drop buy. I was able to get good deal with the tires. Overall, I had a positive experience with their employees. Felt like I'm at home.
