Finally getting around to leaving this review. Not only is the building beautiful, the staff went above and beyond during such a hard timeMy grandfather passed over 2 years ago and this is where we said our final goodbye.One quirk about my grandfather was how he stole pens from almost every business he went to. So I really wanted a pen from the last place he would visit. I asked staff for one, and initially they couldn’t find one. After awhile we left, and a member of staff came running out of the building with a pen for me. This person could’ve seen this as a very silly request, but instead they had the empathy to understand how much that small gesture meant to me in my time of grieving.I’m using that pen today to write in the baby book of my grandpa’s first great grandchild.Thank you so much to everyone there for being so lovely.

I think this is one of the most prestigious and well operate funeral house. I amazed with their snacks, for a funeral house they served very delicious snacks.

Thank you to both the staff that were extremely helpful putting together a lovely memorial service for my parents as well as the staff responsible for the wonderful presentation of the fruit, sandwiches and dessert items. Everyone involved helped enormously during such a emotionally taxing time.

We hosted a Memorial Reception for both our aunt and uncle at the Sequoia Centre and everything was perfect - the food, the atmosphere and the location. It was an informal event - they didn't want a formal service, so it was more of a celebration of life. We were able to bury the urn at the Royal Oak Cemetery next door immediately after the gathering. Dean was a great host.
