I would give Brenda a higher score but this only goes to 5. What a wonderful place to take our dog for his hair cut. She is wonderful with our dog and consistently amazing with his grooming. Thank you Brenda for all the attention and care you give to our boy!

I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. The owner and staff are amazing. One of my dogs has such bad anxiety and they are so accommodating and helpful. I love the option for online booking. It's quick and easy and the text reminders are super helpful.

Just took my dog Lola here this morning for the first time and I’m very pleased! Our groomer took a job in London so we had to find someone new and I’m so glad we saw Brenda’s listing in the newspaper!Lola has a lot of special needs and I’m always nervous to have someone new groom her, but Brenda did such a nice job and Lola seemed very happy when I picked her up!Her salon is also very clean and professional and she happily gave us a tour when we first arrived. We will be back for sure!Highly recommend :)

The lady was nice. The price was $20 more than I typically pay. And the work was the same. Some spots missing and I made it very easy for her just asking for a shave. This is definitely the place I brought my pet.

My dogs are 14 and 17 years old , they were bred from a highly recognized breeder . They are Bichon and Bichon Frisée breed . They have had groomers from Alberta to Ontario look after their grooming needs but this groomer found it to be difficult for herself . So I discontinued her services .

Great place and very reasonable prices! The groomer and her assistant were very patient and kind to my dog Piper who was very nervous because she had never been there before. I would highly recommend Paws R Us to any dog owner who needs a groomer!

Absolutely the most amazing groomer in all of Brantford! My beagle absolutely adores her, he comes out with the biggest smile at the end of his appointment. We just happened to drive by one day and see her sign. We are so happy that we did! It was fate! We won't take our dog anywhere else! Thank you so much!
