I don't know why i torment myself and come to this McDonald's. Has to be one worst ones i have ever been to. Almost every table is filthy, the pop station is gross and missing lids. I am not sure how they call it fast food when it takes forever to get your order

We came here after swimming, the orders came fast, but the nuggets were over cooked and had a darker colour to them then i have ever seen at any other mcdonaldsNot sure what is up.Fries were not very hot.The 1/4 lbs blt was gross.Over all ick.The fountain pop was fine

Probably one of the worst experiences of Mcdonalds I've had in a while where the only thing from the meals we ordered that was actually edible were the fries, considering the burger patty was colder than the bun it was in and the beverage ordered was straight carbonated water, and then to top this all off when we called the restaurant to request a refund, they ended up telling us that the next time we came by is when it would be sorted out and then promptly hung up. The next time we come by is unlikely to happen due to the fact that it is a hour long round trip to a town we rarely visit.

We ordered 5 sundaes for pickup. I ordered extra fudge on 3 of them.We checked in and waited in our van for over 10 minutes. My wife finally went inside and found them all on the counter melted and cooled off. There was not extra fudge. It was very hard to eat the cold fudge with the new wooden spoons.There was only one worker at the counter who was expected to take orders there and deliver outside. They were definitely overworked.

Ordered 2 quarter pounder mealsThey gave me old and cold fries that were sitting prior to ordering and they also put old fries on the bottom and top off with fresh to make it look like fresh fries.Gravy was cold and extremely runny like soup brothNo ice in the pop machineTerrible managementNot going back

First 1 star review I’ve ever wrote. Waited over 30 min in the drive through just be great with a very rude lady. Get our food and it’s cold and hard… not very impressed

Please get new night staff, they are so bad.... cold coffee, not once but twice, giving attitude to customers, trying to convince me that cream makes a coffee cold... laughing at us as we drive away, as if they spit in my coffee and think it's funny. Every time we are here it's the same sad tragic story... would recommend just starving and going thirsty instead of dealing with this level of incompetence. Hands down worst staff and managers I've ever seen.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO AT NIGHT, JUST HAPPENS TJE MCFLURRY MACHINE IS SHUT DOWN. HOW ABOUT KEEP IT ON LIKE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO? THE FOOD IS ALSO STALE AND COLD. That's AFTER the 15 minute wait of silence just to make your order.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Kept waiting 15 minutes at drve through. When we said hello we were snapped at. After 15 minute wait no apology from staff. Tried to order two ice creams and was told the machine is broken. From ex-employees I know the machine wasn't broken lazy staff don't want to deal with the machine at night. Thanks for wasting our time.
