They are friendly but that's about where the positives end... Ordered some parts that ended up taking way longer than their ETA suggested (whole thing resolved almost a year after I ordered), had a bunch of issues such as losing the package then when they got me a new set it was the wrong color. Didn't really give any updates or resolutions unless I kept asking and sometimes would not answer emails. At least I got a refund, but even then there was an issue with that as well

Ordered set of coilovers back in 2022 until now didn’t get it. Contacted me after 6 month ask for another $270 for shipping then again didn’t receive nothing.BIG SCAMMMMMM !!!!!! Stay away !!!!!

I had contacted DSG Performance for a possible ordering of a performance exhaust system, including shipping to Costa Rica.Well, what should I say; it was a great experience. Not only did Jason of their sales department immediately contact me after my initial informational request, but he also maintained the contact throughout an extended period and even responded on WhatsApp guiding me thoroughly through their order placement system and thus constantly giving me the required feedback, I neede to have for judging the validity of using a legal performance system here in Costa Rica.It was an exceptional experience and I need to congratulate Jason for his thoruoghness and also his guidance. I now look forward to receiving this great product here and having it installed in my wifes car.DSG Performance and especially Jason, provide a great customer service and support; so its a clear 10 of 10 for both!

Friendly and swift customer service. I had a part sitting in my cart and they actually reached out to me via phone call about it. I proceeded to purchase, they helped me with a military discount and the part was shipped out in a few days. Competitive pricing. Will buy from them again.

I purchased a not popular item and it had to to be send from the distributor, it was gonna take a long time. I was advised the long waiting time just in case I wanted to cancel for a full refund, since it was gonna take longer than normal for the order to be delivered. I decide to keep the order and they kept me updated every step of the way it even was delivered before the expected date. It's been a long time that I haven't seen a great customer service. Simply the best!

Ordered a set of wheels Sept 2021. It's May 2023 and the response I keep getting is they're in the ports somewhere". I'm pretty patient but this is ridiculous. They processed the $3200 payment (plus a separate pre-payment for freight) in Sept 2021 instead of when the order would be ready like every other company would. I'd avoid using this company if possible

I worked with Eran the entire time and had a fantastic experience. Bought Fifteen52 wheels for my wife’s Rav4. Originally ordered the wrong color and they made the return process super easy. I finally got the correct order (which was delivered in two days after being on back order) and they’re perfect. They answered their phones every time and responded to emails quickly. I will absolutely use again.

Purchased a set of injectors for a good price. Other than a slight issue with initially receiving the wrong tracking number, which was resolved very quickly with some of the best customer service I've ever received. I would purchase from them again.
