My computer was not repairable..with moving and health problems, we forgot to pick it up. 9 months later I called and he said he threw it away…along with all of our photos and things we can never retrieve. I know 9 months is a long time to hold something, no phone call or nothing. What a joke. Wanted to help out a small local business, but next time I’ll definitely be going to a legit one.

I still have a bit more work (installing programs and configuring them) on my new AMD Ryzen Thread ripper 1950X but John Nelson of Nanaimo Computers got all the hardware and Windows all set up and configured for me. I can always count on John to make things work great for VITV. I went form 1-1 rendering to 5:20 min of video rendered in 1:26 a great improvement thanks again.

Have gone to this business in the past when I was still learning about computers. I was given misinformation and made to feel bad for having lesser hardware. Very condescending, do not recommend

My Win 10 computer stopped working and I wasn't able to restore it with a System Image file that I had backed up on a relatively new backup drive. John downloaded the backup onto an external drive of his, loaded up a fresh version of Win 10 (that hadn't been loaded onto Win 7, as mine had been), onto my new drive and then reinstalled my system image file. He got it up and working better than ever. He also charged a fair price. And, there was no waiting!! Thanks, John.
